Looking good! Make sure and put a good clutch in there while the engine trammy are easy access..Mine went to get a replacement @ 6k miles, it was the stock ls2, it didn't take much abuse...

Blacktrax has the dyno, their service suck's though.They might turn you down + the last price I got from them was like totally crazy. I assume the second place your talking about is ATP Turbo, wich was in Fremont.They are currently moving to Hayward.The dyno they have is for shop use only now. If you are looking for someone to tune the car even though its not on a dyno, Dando's automotive in Fremont Specializes in Z cars.Prices are high though...depending on what your doing.My brother just had the carbs tuned on a 240Z and it was only $150...This is a street tune not on a dyno.

I have read somewhere in here that some r200's need to get heat before gripping with both tires aswell.I have the R200 from the Q45 and if you checked out my 1/4 videos you can see one tire spinning only on the first runs..Since the runs were one after another it did started to grip with both when it got some heat.

I hear you! Not long ago, I pass by my car (festiva) driving another one.My seats were sitting forward wich I never leave them in that position.So I stopped and checked, My subs and amp were disconected and draged half way,I think either they got caught or they did...I took the subs and amp and put them in a closed.Now I listen to a Ipod.... My locks are damaged, this is what I hate most...

Lets see.. When I'm driving on the streets I have most imports go around the Z, some domstics too..My car is loud...so thy know its not an L series making that noise.. Yesterday (saturday), I went to pick up my clutch to my parents about a 1:20 drive..On the way back I spotted a civic hatch 92 to 95 racing he's friend on a mustang 5.0 88 to 93...we had to enter a freeway and I got on it a little bit to catch up to freeway speeds, They got on it too but stayed about a 1/4 mile away......then I just cruised at freeway speeds, well they catched up and the hatch was like 10 feet from my rear so I pulled to the right lane so they could pass me...I think they were trying to race me cause they slowed down, after about 5 mins of no action they took off. I do get lots of ppl passing me so fast when im doing limit speed... I have only got to play with two nice cars a 06 vette wich was an easy kill and a new supercharged cobra with some upgrades like two weeks ago, My clutch is dead.I startd on 4th gear due to the clutch, I had lots of 3rd left..I slowly pulled from him...When we hit a town he's girl told me thats a fast car and they guy gave me the thumbs up...I just said to myself, Imagine if I had a clutch!!!

One of the link on the group buy section has them listed..I want the panasports c8's but they are for racing purpose only and bent so easy, I do alot of street driving and california roads are not very friendly to any wheels. The rb's look to be a close enough look to the c8's I hope they do come out.If not I will have to look for other options!!!

I'm waiting for the 17'' to come out, They were suppossed to be out last month too..

Hi, Maybe I'm late to reply. Here is another option for you, I am running a 15 x 8 with a 5'' back spacing on stock lowered suspencion..I am running the blue tokiko's with eibach lowering springs..The slick is a Hoosier dot approved (quik time pro) 26 x 9.5 x 15, I did not rolled the fenders and it does rub when I hit big pot holes...It is minimun and I dont use this for street much, when @ the strip we dont have any problems with the tires rubbing.If the fenders were rolled there would be no rubbing @ all.. Your set up looks Killer, I bet you are going to need it...I would of liked the tub the goes in back of the seats to go around like, Turbo Meister's roll cage to get the seats to go as far back as possible... Make sure to get us some videos when you get it up and running!!!

I had some friends over with me at the show and after they announced the 1st 2nd and 3rd places for the modified 280z's We took off to get ready for the long drive,After about 25 mins I get a call from Matt's (Aziza) girl to let me know I had won best of engine compartment. I thought she was playing with me but she said it was for real to get back there.Luckily I had stopped for gas so I was like ten minutes away..So I got back, Msa guys took some pictures and then I rushed on the road again, I made it home @ 12:30 am without any problems.I think I have a blown strut, Got to love california roads... I know it was a busy day to leave your car out of sight, No biggy..Nice talking to you again,Hopefuly we get to see each other next year!!!

My friend has one of those with the hemi motor aswell, I used it to tow my Z around (power is great) when it was in the process of getting the swap done...One other guy I know has one same as my friends, They both have taken the truck with broken rear end to the dealer....

if they are both running like supposed to, the Z will take the sx all the way.from a dig or a roll.I used to play with those when my car was stock...I too had the rotors turned last week and the whobble is gone...
