  1. That would be Wilwood or others with the same bolt spacing.
  2. From what I've heard, it is something you can swap, but they are a viscous LSD, so you'd need to figure out how to adapt the Subaru inner CVs to make it work. Would have been nice if they ran a CLSD, but not dice.
  3. This was one of my favorite times in a car....'66 Shelby GT350. I've had fun in my 510, the factory '70 Plymouth AAR 'Cuda Trans-Am car, and others. Time for some Z vids in the near future! http://www.youtube.com/profile_videos?user=garysavage
  4. I took the first one a year ago on South Beach in Miami. Second is in the everglades, third & fourth were from a boat on the Millionaire Row yacht cruise. They turned out great for just using my little Casio Elixim camera I got from Costco a couple years ago.
  5. Ha! That's true! Since I only paid $100 to Fed, I wonder if I get it.
  6. Well, it was a good couple of days. One step closer.....LS6 & radiator installed, along with all front suspension.
  7. That is a very nice Roadster! You don't see very nice ones like yours often. A friend of mine is booked for a couple years doing SR conversions to Roadsters, having also done an SR20DET. I have a couple friends with them, one has a built L20B and is replacing the SUs for EFI. The other has a "Hybrid" with an SR20, Miata seats, etc, which has with a true 160 HP (stock) and gets 32 mpg at 85 mph.
  8. I figured that since the VG30DETT has been crammed into a 510, it shouldn't be too terribly hard to do an S30 version. http://www.datsuns.com/red/
  9. While I was doing my 510 thing at the time, I did have contacts with several guys involved with that program. It was pretty cool, but for that kind of money, I wouldn't want a "70s stocker", but a Y2K version. Skinny tires, hub caps and all that stuff. Entertaining, but not really what I consider fun to drive. Just my 2 cents, as I'm too performance oriented for most anything stock. (aside from a new Z06, 911 GT3 or the likes) Couple links on the subject: http://www.geocities.com/z-car/rebuild.html http://www.theautochannel.com/publications/magazines/sci/aug-sept-97/waywewere.frame
  10. Looks like a California Wing to me. It has the hole for the antena (which I deleted on mine) and here's a pic of it on my car before we finished all the body work & paint.
  11. OK guys! I've got a few different dipsticks (Camaro, 2 different Corvette) and was wondering which one you guys with LS1s used and how you routed it with the JTR headers. Pics would be helpful. Thanks!
