    I would love to dyno my car but it recently started running real bad my P90a head needs a rebuild and I'm gonna be putting in my spare P90 head in. My turbo is AiResearch T3/TO4E Not sure on other details about the turbo. Stock P90a head F54 stock Block 87 Z31 Turbo ECU Steeda Tri-Ax short shifter Exedy Clutch Stock exhaust with Megan muffler MSD SS Blaster coil

    My opinion would be $700-800obo at the very most since there is surface rust, gutted interior, & it's non operational. Put the interior back in also get the paper work done and get it to run as good as possible and I can see you getting $1500 for it possibly not much more.

    Lucky! I was gonna do that same motor swap a while back on my car, good choice and luck on the swap man like to see some pictures of the progress always thought the Neo was the second best next to the RB26 because you can get them with low miles and still not so old like the rest of the RB's.

    Hey are those hypermax D coilovers in the front? My 83 donor 280zx turbo had some but in the rear, just asking cuz they look just like them!

    Had a similar experience buying from a Canadian company, except I got my engine with everything yeah after weeks and weeks I got a Neo RB25 5 speed un-cut harness ecu etc... after inspecting it myself I notice a tiny hair line crack on the middle of the block I had a 60 day warranty so I returned it and got my money back. I forgot the website but it's been almost 2 years since, I was bummed out though it was going in my S130 : ( I will add a lot of people here in southern Oregon that I know buy there engines at Venus auto never had problems.

    Welcome to Oregon, I don't know about getting a car smogged from one state to the other but here in Oregon my car never had to get smogged ever. I believe if your car is 25 years or older it don't need smog done or inspection, only if the car were a abandoned vehicle then inspection is needed. I would check anyway don't wanna mislead you I'm just telling my experience.

    Not the first 280zx I've seen in that color, in Northern Cali there's one for sale but I think it got repainted it also has that same green added on the interior.

    Your pretty much set, i had a 1983 280zx turbo i used as a donor car and had everything at my disposal besides the engine i also used the T-5 with a new short shifter from Steeda(aftermarket mustang company), driveshaft, CV axles with new boots, kept my stock R200 3.90 Diff, swapped the turbo rear brakes. I'm not completely done since i got another L28ET off a 81 turbo that was rebuild might be using that instead of the one i got in my car now.
