Yeah, Welcome! and don't worry about the bashing, think of it as a new gang member ritual. lol We occasionally get questions about V8 swaps in z32s, but we don't have any permanent members to answer them. Feel free to help out with these questions.

Look under the 240Z cluster, there is one there. The other gauges are for a 280Z.

With dual exhaust, you are going to have to center your gas tank.

Not sure about an LT1 tank, but I added a sump to my 240Z tank. Works well!

I was one of the original group that first started with Owen, then we started HybridZ. We all lurked on Autoforums.com in the late 90's until it was full of idiots, and we switched to a new forum at the time Zcar.com. Then it became the same as Autoforums, and Owen started V8Zswap on a free site. We out grew that and Super Dan started HybridZ!!

Not sure what measurements I have, but I centered the tire in the wheel well.

Your tranny needs a rebuild. That happened to me with my T56. In my case the 5th, and 6th shift rail was bent, and the shift fork was broken in two. So it was stuck in 5th, and what ever I did with the shifter, nothing worked.

Welcome Carl!! and great info! Would you happen to know what a Supra style wing does to airflow, and does it help fumes? I've noticed that fume issues are not that bad in my car. -
