  1. These are inserts that Summit sells, they fit in the exhaust pipe
  2. I can't see that making a big difference. Is that for a threaded , or straight through hole?
  3. I have EFI on my 327! Check pics page 3 , press "WWW" button on bottom.
  4. Are you talking no muffler? It will be too loud, and the cops will be visiting often!
  5. Just make sure you're not upside down in the loan! (you owe more than truck is worth) or you will have to pay the difference.

  9. Actually my goals were just to make very good hp for the size of that engine, driveabilty, and good milage. I like 327s, and it just happened to be sitting in the engine compartment, unhooked and stock, when I bought the car. No problem keeping up, and passing the Jones's . I did everything on my car, except put the engine together, I think with the pro-flo, twist flow heads, and everything else it came close to 5 Gs.
  10. no, not really . But I did have the engine on an engine dyno to help break it in, and at the same time we tuned the EFI. Once in the car I had to make some small adjustments, but overall it went real smooth. Now this guy went a little overboard playing around with his pro-flo, but there is a lot of good info also. http://www.sonic.net/~mikebr/efi/main.html
  11. The RPM one. Installation was easy, very good instructions with the kit. The only pain was to make sure you have good fuel lines to and from the system. I also added a sump to my tank to make sure I always have fuel, even around corners w/low fuel in the tank. Also make sure you have very good grounds everywhere. Before you buy a cam for your engine check the list of different chips that Edelbrock provides to make sure evrything matches. If your cam is to radical it may cause problems. Click on my "WWW" for pics.
  12. I have the performer pro-flo on my 327 chevy. I love it, it's so easy to tune, makes very good hp, & tq, not to mention driveablity, and better milage.
  13. They should of drove behind it in traffic and watch peoples reactions!
  14. I bought those but haven't installed them yet. When I had my car on the dyno we could tell the my exhaust system was chokeing my engine.
  15. You could try these guys, but I think they are pricey: http://www.justdashes.com/index_home.htm

  20. Yikes! Can anyone understand Swedish, what did they say?
  21. If you have the right equipment, bleed from the slave cylinder up. Take bleeder valve out, and force fluid in the slave so it pushes the fluid, and bubbles up into the clutch master. I only had to do this once, and it worked great.
