  1. how about a heat gun, just be carefull not to heat the vinyl too much.
  2. I don't know about 5.0L headers and what will fit, but I added a u joint to my steering shaft. I have a small block Chevy with angle plug heads, so I bought angle plug shorty headers. These headers stick out from the block more than a regular shorty header, so it was hitting the steering shaft.I bought a heavy duty u joint from Grainger (750ft# sheer strength), measured where I wanted it and welded and roll pined it to the shaft. It also has a ball joint rod end to keep the steering shaft from flexing. I've driven my car for about 600 miles so far and have no problem.
  3. These guys designed and made there own mounts. If you ask real nice they may send you measurements.
  4. Welcome ScreaminZ, When you're ready to rumble we'll be here!
  5. Alright!! Feels great the first time starting it doesn't it?!
  6. That looks much better then that ugly black thing Datsun put on!!
  7. It was moved to the Administrator section. It was getting agressive, too much personal bashing. So it is in limbo for now.
  8. I emailed Superdan about it, hopefully he can fix it.
  9. Hasn't slavery been abolished for at least a century? Then how does this statement make any sence? Conference chairwoman Jewel Crawford of the United States said "There are a number of black people who have been traumatized by white people and they suffered psychologically and emotionally and, as a result of that trauma, some of them did not care to discuss their issues in front of them."
  10. You can't use a standard flywheel, it has to be a Centerforce one, the part # I used is 700107, 153 tooth, I got mine from Fifth Gear Performance, 2280 Cheshire Bridge rd 404-982-9959. They were a centerforce dealer, not sure if they still are. I got mine for $260 about 4 years ago.
  11. That thing looks cool! and small. Paint it to match your Z car and haul it behind it to the lake!

Which Mike??!! There are a few of us here!
  13. NOPI also shows a sensor for a 1.6L Civic for $122.10 , and one for a Vtec/B16A for $64.33. Maybe you should call them to see if it's a 5 wire?
  14. According to techedge.com.au the o2 sensor comes from a 95 Civic with a 1.5L engine. I went to http://www.nopionline.com/ and they sell a NTK sensor for that car for $91.48. I wonder if it's the same one?
  15. Your still having that problem? Accel rotors are much thicker than OEM rotors, not sure if that would help.
  16. You need a Ford aftermarket gauge. Read Pete's write up on it. http://mywebpages.comcast.net/pparaska/gagecalibration.htm
  17. Check out these two sites: http://www.zparts.com/ads/zspider/zspider_index1.html http://www.zparts.com/showcase/tomahawk/index.html
  18. Pete, do you already have the projection unit? There is a guy in Atlanta selling a complete 4D for $850, can maybe talk him down 770-254-9496
  19. This may sound like a parent too, but if you were smart you would dump at least half that 40 large into a retirement fund. By the time you reach 40 you will be a multi millionaire!
  20. How about at a construction site, they usually hire under the table, and pay well.
  21. A ZL-1 is a very rare all aluminum big block, you'll never find one, and if you did $$$$$$$. An early 70's Monte Carlo SS had a 454 big block in it. Are you sure it's an SS? Not to many of those. If it's just a Monte Carlo it had a 350 in it.
  22. Put everything in the freezer over night, when you're ready to insert them take them out of the freezer then. It should fit.
  23. I love my Metrinch tools! I bought a set at the begining of my swap and use them all the time. I don't even touch my old standard, and metric tools anymore. They work on rusted, and worn heads no problem! Definitely worth it.
  24. Jet Black with lime green stripes baby!! (That's me on the left of my car)
