    I do not have a fuel return or heat shield or a fire ex but i don't think its the gas boiling it does it even if I barely turn it on i'm going to play with it today see what i could do. I'm hoping its a vacumm leak since my setup uses o rings insteat of gaskets

    It is a inline regulator and it has a fuel pressure gauge on it so im pretty sure its right, I just rebuilt the carbs and the flooding is only when the car runs I couldn't see it leaking with the car off! I am puzzled!

    My carbs do the same thing but its not the float neadle and im onlyu running 3psi? How weird im going to try to experiment see what happends

    I almost forgot I have a fuel pressure regulutor and I turned it down to 1.5 psi and still flooding I know the rec press is 3

    Ok I just installed the carbs 3x2 dellorto 40's on my 70 240z, and the last carb is flooding and its only on one of the barrels its not the float adjustment of the float seat what can it be? This is all I need to be able to drive it.

    Hey no offense but the vg30dett is a way better motor your going from fuel injection to carb, to top it off a motor that probally makes less power. You could probally aquire another vg for less than its going to cost you to put a 350... You might want to consider that.............

    Maybe your using the wrong year water pump.... Remember some years had reverse flow...... are you runing a serpentine system or v-belt

    i have a jeep and i would if my motor blew i wouldnt even replace it with a jeep 6 lol with the money its going to cost you to have that in there you could build a 3.2 storker im pretty sure

    go for it!!!! I once bough a 1971 240z at cars 4 cause's that was sitting for 15 years. I know because the plate's said 1984. All I did was a oil change, fuel filter, plugs, wire's, and a belt. I drove it for about 5 years without any problems. That has been one of the most reliable cars I have owned.

    I put 25 pounds of boost on my brothers merkur with a cheasy intercooler and drove it like for 1 year and nothing ever messed up........ Good motor comes with forged internals stock

    this is probally a old post but do all the subaru xt turbos have lsd? in the mid 80's there is one in the local pick and pull but it does not say lsd on the diff cover.
