  5. Try some PBlaster and let it soak in overnight... then try heating it, and removing it with an impact wrench... in that order.
  6. I kinda lucked out the other day and got a new 4 wire (heated) bosch sensor for $1.25. It will make tuning the Haltech much easier...
  7. As was indicated above... after getting rid of it treat the section you were working on.. One of the chemicals I use when coating bare steel is called OSPHO, comes in a spray bottle or gallon. http://www.ospho.com/ Spray it on and it will neutralize the rust and leaves a coating ready for primer. Ace hardware carries it.
  8. Here, when the highway patrol gives out their party invites, they issue them all for the same day so they come once a month..... The SHP rarely misses a court date around here.
  9. Very interesting story...thanks... I didn't know the background on it..
  10. If you are running XP, it would be ideal to have around 6-7 gigs for its partition...
  11. Can't really think of any reason why there would be a problem with that location... as long as the bolt goes into the case the correct amount..and there are grounds from the block to the main wiring harness....
  12. Look at all of that stuff...holy crap... plenty of unique items in there.. old FI setups, old aluminum heads... sheesh Anyone got a fat wallet?? http://www.depereautocenter.com/parts.html
  13. Why not put the ground cable off the battery to the top bolt that holds the starter on the transmission case. Thats where the ideal place would be,
  14. Speaking of which....... http://cgi.ebay.com/Datsun-high-performance-Jim-Wolf-3-1-stroker-motor_W0QQitemZ8019760621QQcategoryZ33615QQrdZ1QQcmdZViewItem
  15. No problem... No, nothing has to be polished. It will get a base coat to create the candy finish. Only time you would polish is if you were only applying a clear coat powder on top of the base metal.
  16. You could change out the pulley to get it close as possible to the same operating rpm's.
  17. Weight considerations???
  18. I think 2003z and myself use that specific powder. The candy black personally I haven't shot yet,. but quite a few other candies..The black chrome powder I have shot (its a little different). I need to try some of the candy black out. If its done correctly, the powder coated parts will not chip very easily.. Even bolt heads will hold up pretty good to the abuse.
  19. I agree, air somewhere in the system.. Sounds like in the master...
  20. That might be very useful when I put in the turbo engine.. 450hp @ 21 psi at the crank and an open diff would not suit very well.
  21. Amen to that... I've got a few partitions on a few drives
