Well i found out last night my CAS sensor key on the cam side was broken off. I was thinking i should be able to just set the engine at TDC and set the cas sensor in. i can see the part the broke off so i just need to line up the 2. and be very careful it goes in the right way. If Anyone has a motor out that they can verify this for me? set it a tdc and take the cas sensor off and take a pic of the cam key. i would extremely appreciate it. Im having a feeling this is why my car wasn't running right. i originally suspected the altitude and i need to tune it. but if this has been broke for a while and i installed it a tooth or 2 off that would explain all the popping and idling problems. Or if there is an easier way i'm all ears. Not going to swap cams at this point damn things are way too expensive.

Got it for me for 20 bux plus shipping. ;> As for cams I have 280 int and exh cams. I was thinking about going back to stock since I don’t rev past 9500 but that will require reshimming. I just need to figure out how to time the cam and the sensor and line the marks up so I can install in the right position. Thanks

Also isn't there supposed to be a alignment pin on the cam side? When i pulled out the sensor and started trying to take it apart a half moon piece of metal fell out. pretty sure that isn't good. I had everything marked on the old one when i took it off so i should be able to time a new one when i get it. (I hope). Looking at this pic it was the piece that is in the middle of the right cam in the pic, left if looking from behind.

I need the one that has the black insert in the middle. mine was the one that had a metal insert!!!

Anyone have an extra? I guess my motor had the older mitsu sensor on it that is damn near impossible to get apart to install the AEM cas wheel. Anyone know if the Z32 cas sensor is the same? and will fit the RB. Does anyone know if anyone actually make a replacement for the stock dash. Not just a cover but like descibed above. Ppull the old cracked dash material off the metal frame and replace with a new one?

Or you could section the bottom half of the z31 strut onto the s30 top half ;> this makes gtr brembo brakes a bolt on swap!!!! see my post for how i did it. kinda extreme unless you get all you Z31 parts for free. http://forums.hybrid...__1#entry127130

Is it a universal rb manifold or does it only have the rb25 stud pattern?

I know that 3 inch is big on a NA motor BUT for me a 3 inch exhaust with a decent pre silencer... the sound cant be beat!!!! this header and this exhaust has the best sound EVER!!! Good luck getting it in the states. If you can your looking at 1500+ for the header and exhaust.

Easy, oil drainage. i have seen people run them verticle with no issues. but that is the answer, oil drans out of teh side of the head.

Pics, Could be a subtle Z 1/4. they appear to be stock but are actually 1.5 inches wider on each side.

That exhaust manifold in the earlier pictures is an ebay manifold? how did it fit?

Well rattlecanned the front bumper and took a coil off the front. starting to look a little better. next will be overfenders and wheels.

I had mine painted spitfire orange. I love it. It ran me4500 but had considerable more amount of bodywork as i removed all the old bondo and put subtle z fenders on. Out in the sun it looks a litle different. pic with all the glass in.

From what im gathering this was justin's latest shop he was having stuff made thru. Oscar is sending me another set of overfedners made with the new mold. i will post pics and a review once i recieve them.
