Are you going to cut the rear 1/4 panels to get more tire to fender clearance? Those tires are huge!!!!!!

Here are some pics of mine with AZC coilovers and the inserts. I still have about 5 inches of travel with the car sitting this low. I WILL have to install bump stops to prevent bottoming the chassis. I also need a set of bumpsteer spacers too

Cool I will check it out when I get home. I started to freak out a little when I thought about registering the car in Japan and remembered I hacked up the dash and the ID plate was removed during paint. I can reattach it BUT it's nice to know there is somewhere on the body that it is stamped :>

I was wondering if Z cars Have their VIN stamped anywhere on the body or frame? the 2 i know of are both removable. ( dash and vin plate in the engine bay) Stony

Ok during my recent disassembly of my front struts for sectioning i found that the threaded portion of the strut (slipover) had started to push over the bottom of the perch that it rested on. I guess maybe a pothole or something caused it. I need just the threaded portion that slips over the strut housing. I bought the old style coilovers the AZC was selling. Anyone know where i can get this stuff. Any help would be much appreciated since it looks like AZC no longer sells that style coilover.

Order yourself a metal head gasket from HKS or Gready or tomei. Do it once and be done with it.

See if you can get yourself a copy of the r32 FSM. It has a bunch of pics of the engine plumbing. i couldnt begin to remember where all that ♥♥♥♥ goes without looking at that. I will look thru it and see if i can help ya out

SR20 is capable of 300 HP in near stock form and is pretty lite also. You can get a complete front clip for around 3-4K which would have everything you need to get it running. ECU, wire harness, ect ect. with a turbo and injector intercooler upgrade you would be looking at 400+ at the wheels.

AZC used to have coil over kit that you cut the perch off, then slid a threaded collar over housing and assembled the rest of the parts and off you went. My struts have been sectioned but you can use stock length inserts so you dont have to section. here is what is left of my struts. The springs, perch, and top mount are the AZC kit that i purchased. I think You have to use there camber plates with this setup which will require cutting and welding :<
