  1. thank you for removing any doubt that i need an RB
  2. wow, that's crazy...... let's make sure to keep this non-political so it doesn't get sent to the tool shed .. anyway, i would think that once the manufacturing of hybrids becomes more commonplace, the manufacturers will consolidate a lot of the manufacturing. does anyone know the environmental drawbacks of manufacturing lithium-ion batteries? i'm surprised they're using NiCd or NiMH....
  3. i saw a pic of someone in NY with plates that said NGGAPLZ
  4. in regards to sealing up the radiator area: would brake ducts (since they would have lower pressure than the dead radiator spot) actually increase the flow of air under the car?
  5. wow.... that's awesome! i guess we won't be selling my wife's tracker......
  6. haha, ya i saw this on another forum and was going to post it... that's some funny $#!T
  7. i wouldn't say a dumb question, as many people pu the leads places where they shouldn't go for instance a PO put both leads to the starter on my car
  8. this is what i plan on doing: build up a decent NA motor that's not gonna break the bank (ie buy from members and used). when you decide to go turbo, sell your HIPO NA stuff and use the funds to finance your turbo build. especially if you are going to be running an NA combo for a couple years
  9. do you have any cokers?
  10. wow, that sounds like it could be a killer combo.... what tranny are you going to use? z32? at any rate, i think the hard part is going to be making sure that everything lines up and fits. i would measure six times, draw 4 diagrams, measure another 4 times, then think about cutting. my 0.02 of course, someone could have already done this......
  11. you make me wish i kept my e30
  12. hahahah i HATE my work compy can't watch your delicious vid
  13. get some recaros out of an old bimmer....
  14. pick/link? which seats are you talking about?
  15. sorry to bring back an OOOOOLLLLLDDDD thread, but i didn't feel like starting a new thread when this topic has been discussed before. what are you all using as pads in the 4x4 setup? only pads that I have been able to find for the "hilux" were stock replacement black EBC pads. oh, and of course the good ol' autozone pads. what pads would be the best for performance? i wanted to go with EBC greens, but it doesn't appear as though they are available for the toyota calipers
