This is what you want to use. I thought the Tire Rack was renting them. Maybe find a club in your area that has one??

Dan, the construction is looking good (looks like Grumpy's almost) and it looks large as well. I admire anyone in CA in an urban or suburban environment that can get something like that done, costs and permits be damned. Lookin' really good.
My garage is an embarassment; worse looking than Tim's "before shot." I'll get the building crap out of it one day...

ROCK ON! Dude! I think you scored on that house---sounds like a dream house to me!! I'd love to have a detached 3 car garage, yadda yadda yadda. Congrats on scoring that one and keep the little woman happy through it all.
I'm not sure how I could convince mine that we "need" all those bays and stuff You done good.

It's always cool to have a firearm you can call your own. Unfortunately they are like almonds; you can't have just one This is a good start for you and should provide you with a lot of fun. Treat your gun with respect and keep it clean

Hmmm, that's interesting. It's difficult to believe that a guy bent on performance cars isn't doing something in the industry now, someplace, with something car related?!? I hope he's still around and I'd like to meet him too.
Davy
I think no one knows where he is. If he died, then it makes sense why I could not successfully Google a search on him. I'd like to know conclusively what happened to the man that started the V8Z craze (is that morbid or what?)
Davy
Sturdy little buggers for sure. Looks like it's well designed. However, after reading Alexideways last post above, he brings up a good point. Fortunately, it is easily solved (if need be) and made into one piece.

I want to say that I have seen this done, but I may be hallucinating. The seat can be bolted or affixed somehow to the floor or rollbar or strutbar, etc. This would be much easier than anything else (except taking using a sedan) if you want to make this work. Your son will love it!
Davy
Welcome back to the club! My condolences to you and your family about your father's passing. Takes time; I know. The Z will help put a smile back on your face :twothumbs:

You are asking for a million "search" responses. I did a "search" and low and behold I found this halfway down the list...

Utilize the search function and you shall be rewarded...
I did see that and I thought it to be a decent price since this car actually has history behind it. No, I don't like 2+2's but IF I had the moolah and IF this was a fairly rust free car, I would consider buying it. He also has a complete 400 SBC for sale for $275 --- that's a deal!!!

I like good, honest quotes like this. Thanks for commenting on what you actually have in hand---credibility is a good thing
BTW, I'm not knocking AZC control arms -- this is just a comment on Dragonfly's post which impressed me.
