  3. One of these days something actually has to go right, because not a single day has gone by that doesnt piss me the hell off. Called the aem guys before i bought the twin fire and the smart coils and they said "yea they work together thats what they are made for". Ok cool, so i bought the twin fire and coils and had a ungodly expenivse harness made. Talked to a few tuners today and they said you cant use those coils.... WTF let me call aem again.... Called em up, nope you cant use those with the Twin fire, its one or the other.!!!! mother ASDF@#$@#$@#$@#$askdk;fjha;sfkda;df. This build has been a nightmare thank god its my last one.
  4. Little bit of time to start on the wiring... Still a ways to go but here is my progress. Made an aluminum plate that will bolt onto the firewall. Then I blind nut riveted the componets to the plate which give me the ability to unbolt them without using a wrench or anything on the backside. More to come... Hopefully.

  6. CP makes a custom 9:1 which is what I have. Just call them and tell them what you want. Make sure to CC your head first.

  9. I have one. Its pretty good quality really. Stay way from the POS throttle body and fuel rail though. When i bought mine there were a few of them out there, mine is the more expensive one and the castings were all machined nice. I would buy it again. Since then I have bought a Rips one though as he was building an engine and turbo kit for me.
  10. pm me your email address. it willnt let up upload the cal. Attached is an older one of mine usings the following setup OEM rb26 440cc injectors on a peak hold driver.... You will need to change this according to your injector needs. i am thinking you have HKS Fuel Injectors (1402-RA002) Injector Top Feed Includes Injector Harness Connector Color : Light Blue Flow Rate : 1000cc Style : Low Impedance In which case i would find the specs on them to see the resistance and all but you might could use a percision or RC or something low impedence to get it on the trailer. AEM 3.5 map sensor. Being that you using a 5 bar this will totally change the tune. you can interpolate if you like and you can probably get her running enough to get it on the trailer. A little trick you can use is to copy the igntion map and the fuel map to a picture file and then go to the setup wizard and change to a 5 bar. then pull up your pictures and kinda figure out what the values need to be. (it changes the Y axis). probably go though the setup wizard and select all your engine specific stuff.
  11. Well, haven't had much time to tinker. Did manage to get the front wastegate relocated. I just bought a stainless schedule 10 45 degree pipe and welded 2 tial inlet vband flanges on there and that was plenty. Welded a 90 degree cast elbow on the turbo, and a few other little things. Ordered the 4 inch exhaust stuff and some oval pipe. I got my gauges mounted on my pillar so now i have 4 on my pillar, turned out pretty good. I'll post pics once i get them all wired up. Wiring harness shipped out today, finally.
  12. Battery offsets are different for every injector manufacturer. let me see if i can find em. Yo do know that the basemap on the aem one is TPS based fuel right? I wouldnt use that with a big TB setup. I think they used that because of the stock butterflys.

  14. What brand injectors? Still using your resistor box? what is your map sensor? 3.5 bar aem, 5 bar aem, gm 3 bar, ect? edit, also post your current tune.

  19. ohm the signal wires for the coils and injectors and make sure the order is correct, ie coil 4 signal ecu pin is actually the number 4 coil.
  20. Is the car running? If not... This is a complete hip shot so take it with a grain of salt but wouldn't you look at the ignition map at like 500 rpm (close to cranking speed) that would be where your ignition is fired. Is the little key on the exhaust cam still intact? Go to the setup wizard and select the nissan 6 cylinder cam sensor. Compression test? You know how to set the igntion with just twisting the cam right. If it is running you need to sync the time to what it is actually reading via a timing light.
  21. I would just call a big chassis manufacturer and have them build a chassis then drop your shell on it. All you need is the 240/60/80 wheelbase length. Put me down for one if you do call anyone I will take one as well.
  22. Be careful loading other tunes, make sure you go though it really good. Have you checked the phasing?
  23. Is the Stat sync box in the AEM tuner on?
