  4. Need to see if anyone has any interest in a Competition style hood that is one piece. Carbon fiber and Fiberglass will be an option. JohnC at Beta will be making the mold and so forth. Price depends on how much response we see, but as with everything quality, it willnt be cheap. Price will be somewhat around what he currently offers, just a bit higher, again based on interest.
  5. My new T04Z spins more with a hundred miles on it. Granted it would spin at idle and all but it didnt spin very long after shutdown. After a hundred miles or so it keeps spinning for a while. Give it a few miles and see what happens.
  6. i have close. I had the stock R230 gears which are 3.69 and swapped out the ring and pinion to a 4.11. The 3.69 was a little tall for around town driving. the 4.11 made a huge difference. with my current setup i could easily hit 180.

  8. Well, there is a round seal for the rb25 that seals the snap ring, etc, and there is a tunnel seal for the 240z. I used oem 240z tunnel seal but i do have a short shifter, not sure if that matters.
  9. If i could find a R32 i would just cut the body off, shorten it by whatever to make the wheel base fit on the Z and drop the shell of the Z on top of it. Or just finance a R35 and enjoy life.
  10. I have a cheap ebay one, 4" core, its one of the better made universal ones. The core looked just like my spearco one. 500+at 11psi, soon to be 20ish.

  12. Both really, this thing scares the shit out of me as is, but a few tuners are saying the boost solenoid will max out, but i would think the opposite.
  13. Go with wiring specialties, i went with someone else and wasn't pleased.
  14. I do do boost by gear and boost by vehicle speed. Im on the wastegate spring at the moment, trying to wait till i dyno tune the high boost to see how much my boost solenoid will yield, then back off the spring some if i have enough adjustabilty. on a 12 psi spring i will probably only be able to boost like 18ish...
  15. cant throw down into any gear but 4th with it just lighting up. If i downshift then ease in its ok. Waiting on price on a rebuild and upgrade to triple. I have emailed carbonetic and they say the twin with the street plate is only rated for 500hp, so if im running over 10 psi, im over the limits. I need to look into the tilton/quartermaster style throwout bearing so i can run the normal plate, but then maybe the street disk and a triple would be ok, they say 700 on that. All that said my rb26 would slip the twin so i dont know.

  22. Lol, I wish that was my other mode of transportation, but i would beat it 0-180 im sure...
