Tim240z
Not a very sunny day (actually was raining prior to the pictures and you can see the clouds reflected in the paint, but here goes anyways. Still some more work to do (obviously): The color is actually purple, but it's not sunny enough to see it. EvilRufusKay
Very nice Tim. I especially like the rear facia. Did you fab that yourself? Are those the original fenders or did you replace them. Very straight! As I have said before you and your car are an inspiration which motivate me to hopefully someday have such a beauty of a ride!!! Keep up the good work!! Wagz
SHWEEEET!!! I'm going to print some of those off on photo paper to hang on my wall in the garage. My car needs the inspiration. VERY nice work, Tim!

Keep up the good work!! Rufus Rufus, The fenders are original. It took a lot of work to get them straight again, and the bottoms were rusted out (like most Z cars do) as were the rockers forward of the rear wheels. All the bodypanels are original except of course the rear panel (see link in my signature for pics) and the bumper, which is 'glass, and the hood, which is obviously later model 280Z with the vent holes. All the bodywork was done by me up to, and including, the primer. The actual color was sprayed by my neighbor, at his bodyshop. He didn't charge me, even though it took him from noon to 3am to finish it, but I gave him a bottle of booze and $500.00. I did the color sanding and buffing too.
