veritech-z
That is a great song! I got inspired by big phil to make a video, and I was thinking of trying to organize a Hybridz talent show using Youtube to host the video. Good idea, bad idea? (by the way, this is one of my favorite videos ever made: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BmMln54lt9A)

EZ-E
Heres my favorite group of all time, and then a live shot with the same group to me who has one of the greatest drummers ever. They to me are about one of the if not the best 3 man groups of all time. Wait to see his solo, and now I give you YYZ!! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rFAcumsq82o&mode=related&search= For those that might not know who they are heres a very popular song from back in the day http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=C66mqA1gSrQ&mode=related&search=

Cruez
Here is a new band that has a Led Zeppelin/Black Sabbath/'70's rock type sound... from Austrailia. They've got some pretty good songs.. lots of transitions in their songs... and I usually don't like any newer music.. Listen until at least 1 minute into it and you will see what I mean.. here is another one... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=99bslemvlwU

Z-TARD
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aM2bvR_URbM http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VO71Ei23wJg Probably one of my favorite compositions of all time. If you listen to it while driving, for some reason you end up going really fast.... For something with a quirky 70's/Weird Al vibe, these guys are just nuts: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bN-DUPF_PuY As a bonus, they actually do guitar solos, unlike 99% of newer rock bands. veritech-z
HA-Ha! I was totally going to post the Darkness! I know I'm going against the grain here on the Hybridz Rock Show, but ever since my band moved away, I got really into turntablism. This guy is one of the best there ever was (although he's not dead or retired or anything, he's just that good): http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZKD0dJvaPOU I've also been really into these guys lately, and I've been after Terry (Corzette) to find me some cd's because they aren't available in the states as of right now. Kind of a J-rock garage band, but I like it a lot. Any anime fans out there would know them from the FLCL soundtrack: this video is kind of bootleg, I guess this came from some Dance Dance Revolution type game, but it's the studio version of one of their songs to give you an idea of what they sound like on the records. And speaking of 3-piece bands and a lot of transitions, check out Hi Standard, another one of my favorites: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gPZD8-poPMg
