  1. I talked to Mr. Palmer of avista 15-18 yrs experience. He said I could be a load in-balance at the panel. Heat is a by-product of the in-balance. He him self right now is at a company that has a 600amp service and smoked there box, fraction away for structure fire. Load in-balaence is attributed to, too much draw on one phase. Even at home you should have a balance on both buses for this reason.

So why do some, if not all, have well over this number??? Me want to say "bail out", but alas the joke would be to political, fred. Your gal, may.
  4. Me watch to much sci-fi. I want sooo much more. Yes this is the way we get there, I do understand. Per chance, what has come from actual space science? I mean being in space and related experiments that could not be figured out here. BTW if I was asked to go.....................HELLO HELLL YEAAAAAA!!!
  5. Sorry, but did you not just post about direct injection and get results from that? I have read about tony D's 4barrel, triple carbs, long runners, short runners, etc. I will stab at this and say close and angled toward the intake valve. So why are you curious?
  6. That's funny. Can't believe how calm he is being. Years of raceing. He looks like he is on a sunday drive.
  7. Do you have a fsm from Xenon? Hopefully I've spelled that correctly. The down load is free.
  8. Outstanding work!! Mind if you give us a breakdown on cost?
  9. Well I guess there is a frist time for everything, Tony D found something new:)! I never thought I'd see the day. (I'm being sincere, just in case)
  10. Fair enough, how about this The paint is Bear and I free handed almost all joints to get them as perfect as I could. This bear paint is the ULTRA, kinda new and spreads wonderfully! The overcast is not helping cuse it's kinda a blushish green color.
  11. I did one of my 82's. My 83 is clunking on the reverse and then the forward. I have not given it time to isolate the problem. Might have something to do with teaching my wife to give up the smokies:)
  12. Is it on the road yet? I have not seen many posts as of recently. I was assuming that she is close. I personally want to talk to you about how you got the half shaft U-joints out. Anyhow,,,wait, mabey considering the other post we can have a BBQ here. Trust me, we don't go to restruants, so we have learned (my wife) to cook over seven years!!!! NOW, Six Shooter, since this is a real shot, please explain why you might consider this shopped? This may help me in the future to better frame my shot in the future.
  13. No, honestly it is not!! Even Chanllenger can attest if he comes over!
  14. It is on passenge side kinda between the fire wall and oil filter, but, untill the car gets back I can only be so percise.
  15. Sounds great to me, gonna be a long winter I think. Besides Reallllly want to seee your car!!!!1
  16. I know this is a car site I just wanted to show where my time had to be spent for now. Before During Btw there were 4 roofs on my 1912 house and got one of those "while I'm at it" 7 more feet! Done for the winter, 9500 bucks later! Paid for in full. The roof was done by roofers. I did all the work on the domer except the shingles and flashing. My nieghbor Jim helped me through the framing and sheeting. BIG kiss to him!!! All the rest was done by yours truely. I'm not a house builder except for what I've learned doing work on my own house. So that's it, my lame excuse....However, my son will have a 10x17 foot room with 4ft walk in closet when he is big enough to help me finish the interior:)
  17. B26dettsuperfangledwhatzit Bawwhaaahaa! My only point was taking what is there, that runs, and haveing a little fun while learning and useing parts that can be used for a serious build later. This will allow time for searching, learning and hopefully wisdom before plunging into a rather dedicated type of build. Cam might be reused for the stroker if bought correctly, sold if you go turbo. Mean while you can really learn stuff by the seat of your pants with less chance of killing machanical parts. Warren knows very well the making of SERIOUS builds and makes a great point. I try to give advice to those that seem to be start ups and have a learning curve in frount of them. (no offence Attworth). Mostly I leave the big stuff to the big dogs! At this point in my life I will attmit that over 60% is from this board and its members considering the l28 engine. So I'm just passing along what I've gathered over time, just to be usefull. Peace.
  18. Great job! Sorry about the cold start, I will have to look at my turbo manifold. In the mean time I will give myself a big fat DUH!
  19. Stock clutch is just fine. What are your hp goals, and search just a bit, on the 2plus2 has a bigger clutch, get that and oem clutch for it.
  20. Check your oil pressure sensor connections as well.
  21. Honestly I would spend money on ms or wolf ect. Than get an wb, agressive cam, headers and rest of exught done. She will certainly leap to life and you can save bunch of money and learn to tune! (If you don't know that yet) If the compression is good no need to even crack the engine;) Just passing thought.
  22. Beautiful ZX!!!!! Very clean work! Is it possible to get a futher away side shot of the car?
