  1. Congrats at sticking with your car for all this time. Great to hear you are haveing some even better fun with it now!
  2. That is why my REAL buying is occuring now. Yea, you can lose half your money if your stock goes from $1 to 50cent, but the stocks I'm invested in were worth way more than a buck. Besides if my market place infusion dose not work (becuse of stock bought), bend over a kiss your butt goodbye.
  3. I did notice that changing the plugs might be tough, but that was it.
  4. The plumbing on that exhaust must have involved some sick fabrication. The spinners are for Indy style break cooling. Notice how he understands most breaking occurs in the front, hence no rear cooling. Very intuitive. Was he per chance in front of apple HQ? If so might of given you a few pointers on your Icrash;)!
  5. Modify the cap and put on one of those in house vents. It is a vent for plumbing that is a one way check valve. Vey low pressure rate. "no mister officer I've not been drinking, I swear!" heehee.
  6. It also looks like it would be capable of very high rpm. I like the idea that it could be made into a gen set as Zdreamer mentioned. Wonder if the engineer thought of that:). It would be very compact. Seems like it would also generate significant torque.
  7. Now that one get my vote as a engine we may see on the streets!!! Hot dang that is simple, empolys proven tech in a very simple design!! FANTASTIC!! Two thumbs up! Really this could work! WOW! It is like haveing a rotory, recipcating piston, wankle, turbo charged all wrapped together!
  8. Did not someone just but that car here? Sorry about your loss, hate theives, just had my cars proweld at 10:00PM a week ago!
  9. I will say it, WoW 21 posts and this was wonderfully stated! Personally I do not have this answer for you, but with the depth of your question, I hope finer fellows will help:) cheers!
  10. Looks like a nice warm house to raise a famliy in:). Congrats!
  11. Nice piece of engineering:)!
  12. Got it:). I was just considering timing events at high rpm and figured that the window would narrow too far that small discrepancies could throw off injector timing. Or rather not give enough time. Would not a belt driven cam be better than a chain for cam timing? In any event, the avaliblity of edis parts and cost, plus the large amount of information here at HbridZ makes it a "no brainer" for the likes of myself.
  13. Your point is prudent, made me pucker a bit too. With that being said, I will also say Big Phil would never put his family in harms way. My daughter is about that same age.
  14. Man that thing sounds totally PISSED off!!!!!!!! DAMN SWEET!!!
  15. http://forums.hybridz.org/showthread.php?t=88286&highlight=distributer+position Fireing order for l28. Try giving the search button a try in the future:). Good luck on getting her going.
  16. Now correct me if I'm wrong, TimZ, the problem with dizzy setup is the variances in the minute tolerances of the mechanics to the dizzy. So setting up sequential fire would be, lets say, self defeating?
  17. I was thinking the same thing. Beautiful state, beautiful city. Some people have been moving there from another place and wellllll, enough said. Sorry Braap, I know you live there. Washington isn't much better.
  18. There has been discussion on how precise the measurements can be off the dizzy compared to crank. That would be a cool idea, but why not edis and install the 36-1 at the crank. Seems this will be easier and alot cheaper.
  19. He mentioned n/a. There has been some interest and discussion on n/a lately. It would be nice to see. Even those that are closer to stock that has dynoed. Accuracy on mods should be a must.
  20. Great shell, won't you need more than that engine in order to drive it;)?
