  1. Pics would be nice with the gloves and mabe an apron;)!
  2. Sound like you possibly used the dimmer wire incorrectly.
  3. Man I would hate to see a leak on that system! In the future I will be checking for direct injection before working on particular car! That is enough pressure to sever fingers at close range.
  4. Cool to hear how the ceramic coating performed under those conditions, quite amazing!
  5. Sould of posted in ms topics.
  6. Mine were a terrible b!! The second one I did, I took to a diesel place, cost me 10-15 bucks! Well worth it for me. Also mind those neddle bearings, (as mentioned above) I kinda goofed one upon install. They seem like they will stay put in that grease, but don't be fooled!
  7. That old krusty!!! Congratulations sir:)
  8. Question: If you get a cam, used, and the rocker are yours, what then? (and why, if I may be so bold to ask.)
  9. Soon the zx will not only be a parts car:)! Cheers!

  12. Interesting, and insightful for your frist post. Cheers!
  13. Oddly it seems you are talking to thy self,,,,
  14. O-ring when you know your tune and what your doing. This setup will keep nasty amounts of boost at bay, but, it will also keep nasty amounts of knock, dedicated to the combustion chamber. You judge your own level of skill.
  15. Yea, power will find its ground, just hopefully not through YOU! Over kill on safty in this regard is neccesity. Rdsk8, is the code 60 or 70% of complete load for any given circuit? I know the "extra" is for initial start up and heat dissapation.
  16. WOWOWOW. Hope some of the diff gurus around here chime in! Great find. Unbelievable price.
  17. Disconnect the cold start injector. Also, get a noid light. And new "cheap" plugs. Sounds like your injectors are open all the time. Do they "click" when it runs briefly?
  18. Hee hee, pencil eraser, that is what I do. Never wanted to say it out loud, however, it dose work soooooo well.
  19. Visual is easy, no one is going to pull that part. Personally I've never had a stock good running car, even over 100k, not pass emmissions with no cat present.
  20. Fuel pressure gauges are cheap, might get one for giggles and future trouble shooting. While you are there pick up some starting fuild. Unless you have a blockage, your engine is getting air. Your fuel air ratio might be crud, (too much fuel), or your getting too much air. Pull plugs, check for fuel soaked. When plug is out check for spark. Get back with us on this information from the basic testing.
  21. That fellow sure isn't asking for much. Someone should tell him that the stock engine will do that easily.(mpg)
