Austin, KEEP IT!!! You know this Z inside and out, tearing it down for another paint job will not be unchartered waters like another project will be. You can reuse a lot of parts thus saving money too. The rest of the items on the list don’t constitute another project. Just think you can put the money you save on a new project towards your big ‘ol detached garage if not already in the works!!

There is no specific guide that I know of for the L. You can buy the "How To EFI" books or search the internet for ideas. I had to search and search and read and read on this site to find my answers. Look into http://www.extrudabody.com/ with a basic fuel/spark EMS would be nice. It all comes down to budget in the end. I just returned from a long trip. I drove 8 hours from MD to Western NY, stayed a few days and then picked my mother up and drove her 1300 miles and around 24 hours with stops back to south Florida. I slept for a few hours at a rest stop in BFE South Carolina and when I woke up both of my feet from my ankles down are swollen. I have elevated my feet since getting home and they are still a little puffy….. This was in a ’05 Pathfinder!

I wonder if that was true back in the day too? Now imagine that cost on the original 60's King of the Road parts today hmmm. Growing up my friends dad found a '68 GT500 KR in a barn in WV before they moved to Florida. Long story short he had it restored and in early '90s sold it in the $60Ks. It was Ford Corporate yellow (x amount made in that color), C5, 428CJ (obvious). Those things go for millions almost 20 years later.... ahhhh
