  1. That was the plan lol. Was looking to see what it would do on 18psi but yeah, that was not in the cards i gues haha.
  2. Pretty much stock everything. 440 inj turbonetics 62-1 bb 60mm TB 3" exhaust MSnS FMIC Thats really about it.
  3. Well it blew the failpro gasket between 3-4 this time. Thats the only reason we stoped on the dyno. I was shooting for 18psi. This is the first time the gasket has let go in that way. It normally lets go out the side so I am wondering if my block is straight. If I am not working on the Z I will be there.
  4. Pretty much all that was said I have always thought true. V8 Z is gonna do god with a 3.54 or 3.36
  5. Last trip to the dyno was 274whp & 328wtq @ 18psi NOW...... 7.4psi 14.1 psi
  6. Yeah, espeialy after torque those thing down to 120ft/lb lol.
  7. 120ft/lb Not really, but I am hoping you dont see this and break your cae cause you dont know how to search. Google would probably give the results faster than it took the time to post your question.
  8. I can pin my speedo in 4th. Not something I would call acurate. Says I am cruising 110mph @ 70ish mph lol.
  9. Fastest I have ever been was 158 calculated. Car was solid as could be.
  10. I found its theme song.......NWS!! http://www.getonmyhorse.com .
  11. Yeah that spatter looked off. If you get to doing more weling like this you should seriously consider investing in a gas mig.
  12. And how exacly it that going to cut down on lag?
  13. Not too bad! Now what size wire are you using to weld and there seams to be alot of splater. Are you using a gas MIG or flux?
  14. LoL, Yeah google adsence.....I am banking too, i think I have .37 or something haha.
  15. I bought a 91 toyota shortbed 5-spd 2.4L truck. Good ol 22re! Then bought a 16ft dual axle car hauler. Got the truck about 5-yrs ago with 74k miles. since then the truck has made countless trips from houston to all over texas. Dallas, Austin and San Antonio being the main destinations. Aways to pics up a Z of some sort. 240z-Z32, uphill, down hill, 70mph on flat ground was easy. Averaged about 17-20mpg LOADED. Only things That have been replaced in the 75,000+ Miles are, The clutch when I first got the truck, alternator and the diff. Never once checked the fluid. I am sure that is what killed it. Probably has the original fluid in it. Oh, did the front brakes twice. It also has slotted rotors and hawk pads for good reason. Not in the Z parts business anymore but it is stil my daily driver and it NEVER has left me stranded!
  16. These pics were taken by NORREK4040 from H240.....
  17. BTW the 500whp mark is obtainable on Junkyard L28's turbo or not.
  18. I am running a factory 4spd from some unknown year. Leave stoplights in 2nd gear and 5k rpm tires blazing. 11 second 1/4 miles are no problem.....
  19. I would just cut the car into 3 sections. Hatch area, cabin and engin bay. took them at sepatate times and they had no problems because at that point it is "Car Parts" ot a car. Just dont leave the VIN on any of the parts.
  20. Probably the turbo..........Neither were very fast in reality. Compared to the cars of their day sure.....
