  1. Looks good. I would have left the lip polished though.
  2. Well I figured it out. Had modified a .bin and somehow it had reset my EGO correction factors to 0. Just an FYI if anybody else runs into this.
  3. Still need maps. Have a different question. Got the tune running ok. Seems pretty good in open loop. The wideband seems to read properly but as soon as it warms up. The o2 starts freaking out. Bouncing rapidly from 0-5V consistently . The strange part is, if I switch it to open loop mode it reads perfectly. Any ideas? Thanks. BTW. TECII w/wintec

  5. Thanks for the link. Already on there. No bin files ) :
  6. If anybody using the Electromotive TECII with WinTec2 on an L28ET. Please post your maps. I had mine setup great but was running the old PAFZ2 software. Now that I put in wintec everything works great as the software/hardware. but there's something funky about my map. I used the tuning wizard and then blended in some things from my old maps. I would just like to compare with what other people are using. Thanks. BTW. My current setup is Electromotive TEC II w/wintecII T3/T04E Turbonetics Delgate HKS bypass 485CC Injectors. Massive FMIC 2.5" IC pipes 3" Mandrel bent exhaust Stock Turbo Block w/P90 New Fuel Sys. Kinsler Pump 8AN lines. 240SX TB Everything port matched.
  7. Yeah, looks like you nailed it. Get your tank boiled out and sealed. That's some pretty rusty fuel.
  8. If the Fuel pressure is dropping down to 20 or so. I would say you either still have some crap in the lines or tank. Or it could be your fuel pump going out.
  9. How are you testing for the signal at the injectors?
  10. Well that's why the cars broken, you're watching pinks. lol
  11. Remove it all. Clean and inspect for rust. Then replace it with a good quality Butyl sound mat.
  12. I have one in great shape don't know how much shipping would be though. Give me your ZIP and I'll see if I can figure it out. Might take me some time.
  13. This has to be beyond the stupidest program I have ever seen. It's complete false economy. Bad for the environment, and costing us money. Most of those 90 and up cars could do a lot more good, replacing old broken down beaters. Watching them kill that Volvo was just "Depressing" . I could go on for hours about the stupidity of this program but I'll leave it at that.
  14. Why would you use the blower to spool a turbo ? , when you can just use the blower directly. You are trying to over complicate things. Either, 1 just use the turbo as it was meant to be or , 2 Just use the blower directly. And if you do decide to use the blower. #1 is a much better choice
  15. What is your air compressor rated at? CFM @ PSI
  16. "I need to decide where to mount this boost controller. I'm thinking I'll put it in the center console, in the switch panel. That way I'll have 3 switches: Fuel, Spark, Fan, then the boost control knob. Thoughts?" You should keep the lines to your boost controller as short as possible, I recommend installing it on the fender by the turbo.
