    Interior Panels

Here is where I got mine http://www.classicdatsun.com/
  2. Ive got a PT99, the difference is adjustable sights, PT92 has fixed sights. The difference between the Bretta and the Tarus is the safety on the Beretta is on the slide vs Taurus is on the frame. I like mine I've hd it for about 15 years now. Beretta seems to be a little smoother (qualified with the Beretta in the military) vs. the Tarus. For the price you mentioned it appears to be a decent deal provided the gun isn't worn to hell. I swapped the grips out on mine first off and added a Uncle Mikes rubber finger grips to it also. I recomend the gun, worst off if you don't like it you can always get your money back by selling.
  3. ^^^ Thanks for that link!!! I'll be looking into that when it's time to run lines.
  4. If I recall correctly, my starter has the holes opposite one another not offset (one forward one closer to the rear of the car.) Also Do you have the engine and tranny in the car alreday? Make sure you have the correct brackets and offset plates on the correct sides of the engine.
  5. Bryan, Who built the drive shaft? Was it Larry's over in Lowell? I had him balance mine back when I had my other car running but still had some vibration issues but chalked that up to the rear end/drive line angle. I have a magnetic angle finder at the house if you'd like to borrow it. Are you running CV's or U joint half shafts on the car? I don't recall what you installed.
  6. WOW!!! I can't wait to see these wheels once you get them. You must have some deep pockets for those wheels.
  7. Geez there is a lot of noise on this post! No real decent information that couldn't be found wit out using the search function! If you're using a 2 piece rear main seal block 71 block then a t-56 trans is not a bolt on part, you'll need an adaptor plate. Check out Wier (google it). As far as the t-5 trans it will bolt up but I would not put more than 300hp through it with out upgrading to gforce gears or astro gears. Now go do some searching
  8. NW corner of Arkansas, R&R street Rods. They have a dedicated building to do the media blasting. You have the car totally apart right? Like this? This is after they blasted, installed ZF pans, BD frame rails and sub frame connectors, primed and painted white.
  9. Used to be you could only reply to your own topic in the members projects, now I see others can post in your thread. What gives? I thought these were for us so we could document the build of our cars, stay on track/topic and not get a bunch of trash in our threads. My example. My link
  10. All requests for addl pics are in I'm pulling the spoiler off.
  11. Thanks for your approval Brian. It's great to finally have the car in a position where I can begin adding parts!!!
  12. Here is a picture of the gnose, see I posted a picture . Again just let me know what angle you want and i'll snap a pic of it. After that I'll probably remove the tail and store it until it's time to put it on as I don't want to get it scratched up. SS hood STOCK HOOD
  13. An update of the initial install of the engine and transmission for fitment before paint. With SS hood/gnose With stock 240Z hood/gnose
  14. OK what pictures do you want to see? The car is at another shop where we are mocking up the engine, transmission , power steering water/meth injection etc. There is limited room for pics, the flairs will not be on the car as they are across town in storage. If you want a profile pic I'll do my best to get one etc. Again check my build thread as I will have a few more up there later today (brought the camera cord and iphone cord to work with me today. Thanks, David
  15. What master cylinder are you using? I used the Tilton (1" IIRC) on with my T-5 and a custom SS braided line to the slave cylinder.
  16. Looking at the rear cover it may be able to accept a cooler too. Anything is possible with fabrication skills. Anti chatter is a good idea on the clsd. I know I used plenty of it for the Aburon (Sp) dif in my old K-5 blazer
  17. Jacob and I have resolved this issue. He has ALL the necessary parts to do the full conversion. I pulled the axels, they are the correct spline count for the unit. Heck if I knew all this was going to happen I would have just held on to the unit for one of my cars or swapped out my clsd with cv conversion and sold it. Mat go do some home work , they are 4 bolt cv's which will mate up to the MML adaptors he is putting in the car. I would have considered a return but the dif was taken apart. Thanks to all who chimed in with the vauable knowledge to shed light on this thread.
  18. You can also use a brake line hose if you need to.
  19. My 4yo son has autism, I don't thing that antibiotics and preservatives increase the chances of being affected with autism, I do however feel that the rounds of childhood immunization shots are linked to autism. For us it was like the sparkle left Simons eyes one day and he never came back. He was a typical 2 year old then BAM different little boy. He is delayed in his social skills, reclusive, has a VERY high tolerance for pain (he can injure himself and recover from the pain quickly which is not good when you hit your head on the hearth of the fireplace OUCH, 4 stitches and it didn’t look bad to me, good thing he has a great mommy Some may argue the point about the immunizations but the ever increasing rate of autism is of epidemic proportions IMO. Simon also has a twin brother Elijah (fraternal twins) who is typical, had the same shots at the same time but is fine, go figure, I still feel there is a link and somebody is covering something up.
  20. I took the test about back in 1992, scored a 97.4%. I was a rated in GCA (radar), VFR tower and non-radar controlled approach tower operations from the military. Never heard back from the "good ole FAA". I also held a top secret clearance at the time, I don't know what additional qualifications they wanted at the time but they weren't the qualifications I had on my application.
  21. GOOD NEWS!!! I'm picking up the car tommorow and will post add'l pics of the spoiler!!!
  22. Drax is in Canada though.... I've got a LSD for sale in the parts for sale section.
  23. Why not make your own out of 1" barstock, there is a write up on the site. Although it's not as pretty, it's still functional.
  24. I'm going 275 on the rear, haven't run the set up yet though. Car is kinda in "parts"
  25. I know who that is, he's a member here!!!! Ha-ha good one!!!!
