  1. Looks like '73 240z to me. Don't really know what to tell you to offer him though.
  2. +1 If a thread/subforum about security were made, I'd be hesitant to use anything in there. If such a thread were made, I would hope it would be restricted, like the aero subforum was. Only with a certain amount of posts, join date, etc. to get in. I don't know about you guys, but whatever I do to my car to protect it will be made known to just me, myself and I.
  3. Like this? http://search.har.com/engine/dispSearch.cfm?mlnum=4187472&backButton=Y
  4. Hahahahahaha, I like this picture.
  5. A friend was showing me some classifieds, and this was one of them. I've never seen it before, so I was wondering if the owner was a member here. The ad: http://toronto.kijiji.ca/c-cars-vehicles-classic-cars-1971-Datsun-240Z-W0QQAdIdZ70195841 The build website: http://ca.geocities.com/dotdotdot@rogers.com/
  6. How about covering the old one with fabric? I've seen the 240z dash covered in suede (I think) and it looks fantastic. That's what I plan on doing.
  7. jay28, I think that is THE best looking 2+2 I have ever seen! Great job!
  8. Heres some more I found. http://fantasticcontraption.com/?designId=1273610 http://fantasticcontraption.com/?designId=1223097
  9. http://fantasticcontraption.com/?designId=1250788 Another by the same person...
  10. Heres one someone from another forum did. http://fantasticcontraption.com/?designId=1195955
  11. Tube: http://FantasticContraption.com/?designId=876221
  12. Kind of. I just remade it, although I seem to remember it working better. All my past designs seem to have been deleted. http://FantasticContraption.com/?designId=868539
  13. Yeah, as this was posted on another forum a while back. I was going to post what I did, but apparently you can't do that anymore... You used to be able to save designs, and post the link. What I did though, was put a wood beam across the stationary ball in the pink box. I put the object on the side left of the ball, and on top of the beam. I then made a chain, and made it so that it had some slack in it. at the bottom of the chain, I had a wheel. I hope that made sense. Worked like a charm.
  14. My sentiments exactly. Aziza has more character than the C63 could ever hope to have. Keep it.
  15. Bump. http://www.autoblog.com/2008/08/20/design-study-nissan-240-fairlady-z-successor/ A friend just showed me this.
  16. SpeedRacer, I am jealous of your garage. Such a clean and spacious work space. Something I wish I had. Here's mine, or more accurately, my dads. I have access to a barn, capable of fitting about 4 S30's, to get an idea of size. However, hundreds of spiders inhabit it, along with old car parts from my dads projects taking up 1/4 of the building, dirt, mice, the occasional bird, so on and so forth. But it's better than nothing, thats for sure. No pics of that one, can't find any at the moment.
  17. I know paint and clear was $300, but how much was the whole thing, altogether? This is making me consider doing a home paint job on my car. Yours came out very well.
  18. For the tail lights, I thought Terry's idea would look great if done well. Otherwise, I vote for the stock 240z tail lights.
  19. blue72, that's an impressive before and after!! What blue is it? I like it.
  20. That sounds familiar.... (currently looking for another)
