  1. I don't know anyone using it but this might work with the factory ECU. It splices into the injector wiring so you can adjust pulse width. http://www.powercardtuning.com/home.aspx
  2. Sweet...another EMS forum. SDS EM3-F
  3. Looks and sounds like aliens taking to each other. The dancing guy seems to be communicating with the aliens too. So bizare I love it
  4. I would like to thank everyone involved in this effort. Hats off to everyone who helped organize and run the test. I would have liked to have donated to the cause but donations were shut off when I finally had some extra cash. This is much need data for the Z community and I'm looking forward to the write up.
  5. Nice ride. I know it will be very tempting to chip the car. I just picked up an A4 Avant not too long ago and I'm tempted to chip it even though it's a tip auto. Make sure you keep up with the oil changes to avoid the sludge issue.
  6. If it's really rust free I would say yes. The triple webers is worth a good chunk of that $1800.
  7. Yeah, I've seen them all. Just watched the Aston martin one again a couple weeks ago. I remeber seeing an audi episode but it's not listed with their DVDs. Here's the link to speed tv. They are gonna show the Ford muscle episode on monday. http://www.speedtv.com/programs/192/ edit: just remebered there is a Lotus episode too.
  8. I keep the ferrari episode on my ipod. One of these days I'll get the DVD. Supposedly there is a new ford muscle episode but I haven't seen it yet.
  9. How is it working out. Does it do a good job keeping the temps down?
  10. Any one have any experience with the innovative turbo systems turbine heat shield or any other brand (Garrett, Turbonetics, Treadstone)? I'm looking to pick up a turbo heat shield to lower engine bay temps and would like to know which one is the most efficient for a reasonable price. Any downsides to retaining heat in the turbo housing?
  11. Nice pickup. I always wanted one of those when I had a '86 celica GT.
  12. Back on topic. I can pull my key out of the ignition when the car is running.
  13. Yeah, I think I would prefer a Legacy Spec B. cool wagon
  14. Sorry Owen, I like the design of the current front page but this has to be the new one. At least temporary?
  15. I saw the pictures last week and was disappointed. Shouldn't be surprised though. Subaru has never been known for good looking cars. Why are they always messing with the front grill? It does look chrysler now.
  16. Actually, it's not that sought after. I'll trade you for a 3.54 . I sure miss the feeling of a 3.54 with 25" tall tires. Right now I'm running a 3.70 with 23.8" tall tires.
  17. Front end treatment is way too chunky. Buy used and mod accordingly is the way to go.
  18. They'll fit but may stick out past the fender a little bit because of the -9 offset. Shouldn't be too bad though. Maybe .25" max.
  19. Here's mine and a few more I like See a trend
  20. There was also team america bikes similar to the evil kenevil ones. Shogun Warriors were cool pre-transformers robots. I had a raydeen.
  21. My friends had 280ZXs but I never really thought about getting a Z until my college roomate gave me a copy of the JTR manual (photocopied the whole book ). So, back in '96 I bought a 240Z to do a V8 swap. About a year later I bought another 240Z already converted with a 327. I think I found hybridz just surfing the internet looking for info. Lurked for a long time before joining and it's been my cyber home ever since.
  22. I really wanted to go to the autocross this year but my wife has an ultrasound scheduled for the 27th. If I go to the show I may have to drive down saturday or fly out there.
