  8. I had Scott make me a custom rad for my LS1 z, he's in Buffalo, just 90 miles from where I live. Been in my Z for 20,000 miles now and zero issues. Great looking engine bay by the way!
  9. I'm pretty confident Nissan did not offer cruise until the introduction of the ZX in 1979. Have never seen a factory cruise unit in an S30 model.
  10. Looks to me like an 'undisclosed' full dash cap. After looking again it appears the cruse is an aftermarket unit, dealer installed. Like Dan J., I installed a number of these in the early 80's. Look closely and you'll see the cable coming from the area of the left strut tower [but you cannot see the servo-probably mounted on the extended frame rail forward of the strut tower .
  11. Sure, rotors are Coleman pm me for the specs. Calipers are Mustang Cobra & R, there are however, early and later models which have different size pistons as well as thread differences where the brake line attaches to the caliper. I have it all on my computer somewhere and will try to remember to post it sometime. Unique pieces are the adapter [from caliper mount to z caliper mount points and rotor hat [adapts hub to rotor]. Since I have both adapter and hat and access to a cnc shop it's easy for me to duplicate them if I need a replacement.
  12. I have mm front brakes and Silvermine rears. Love the Silvermine as they do connect to my stock ebrake cable, and i can go to any auto parts store to buy; pads, calipers, rotors if needed. Silvermine also has great customer service! I spent quite a bit of time researching the mm fronts and now know all the sources for the components. It was pretty stressful trying to order needed parts without any response from the other end-not a problem now as I go directly to the source...
  13. I believe you only need the clutch and brake pedals, pull the a/t brake pedal [wider pedal] and bolt them into the existing unit. Perhaps someone else can chime in to verify. If accurate this will save you quite a bit of time.
  14. I believe the Nissan pn is; 39741-17V85 and fits 90-96 Z32 300ZX and the q45 'repair seal' kit is 39741-17V86, can't remember if they are the same but suggest you hit your local dealer to check. If my notes are correct each kit contains; boot, 2 clamps, snap ring and a tube of grease. Last time I checked retail $59.51, our dealer Z club price $44.63.
  15. I was stationed at Corpus Christi back in 91 [if memory serves me] for my multi engine training and was able to attend a track event there when they first reopened it. Had a blast and remember very distinctly coming off the oval onto the infield course that left turn-which almost took my z...
