I have to disagree about the Falken Ziex 502s. I worked for many years in a tyre shop and tried many various tyres on my car, and always went back to the Falkens. As an all around mid performance tyre, and for the price, nothing can beat them. I have said this many times, and My car and my wife's Volvo 850 run them. Of course they're not racing tyres, but I challenge anyone to find a tyre that gives:Good dry and wet grip
Good (quiet) roadnoise
Long mileage
EXCELLENT affordability.
Because of the very high natural rubber content (as apposed to synthetic rubber)of the tyres, the first 100 to 200 miles are slick, but after that let her rip!!
I don't want to turn this post into a tyre comparison rant, but had to give my 2c worth.
