Until some body that uses that system sees this and chimes in, I'd suggest you do just that. I'd go to Electromotive's web site and read up on what they have to say about it. I don't use that system, but do use the Tec2/3, which has the crank trigger you mentioned. Its not all that difficult to set up. You will need to mount the wheel onto your damper, then use a lap top to tune your ignition. The only "bolt on" part you may find is from a jackass retailer in N. Hollywood Ca. (Steve Nelson @ TEP), he does a crank trigger wheel install onto our Z car dampers, and has the matching sensor bracket to go with it. This makes the trigger set up pretty much a bolt on affair....

Its hard to make a estimate with that little of info, but just from that info, I'd say its way to high of a price........... IMHO

Yea, I think I've read where the RB in the 240sx guys have problems with over heating. Most has to do with no room for puller fans in the engine bay, huh? BTW, I guess I meant to say in post above, that its best to flush the motor soon as possible after install/ running it...

The RB motor is no different than any other Nissan strait 6 when it comes to heat. Any one having trouble with their RB running hot, has something wrong some where IMHO...

Oh crap.... I can't see the drive shaft, or what happens to it....

Thanks for that diagram Careless, but maybe Brian can provide a actual pic of it... (hopefully) If not, I'll just send one each of the few different ones I have, its bound to be one of them, as I didn't reuse the oem stuff off my rb26 intake side.

This is the one I'd buy, if of course it don't have terminal cancer.... If you can get it for $2,500, I'd snatch it up. Thats the "early" 260, as close to the 240 as it gets... Thats what I have, so I'm kinda fond of them.....

Kevin, as close as I can tell, with all these parts of mine assembled, we get 13 3/4" from the intake surface on the head, to the upper part of the taper on the shock tower, and 10 1/2" from the plenum bolt flange to the lower tapered part of the shock tower... With those parts I sent you to mock up awhile back, can you figure these aprox measurements now that I've given a figure of 13 3/4 from the heads intake flange surface, to the shock tower? If I mucked these measurements up, please advise and I'll try again for you....

Would the Min Injector on time play a roll in my motor popping and back firing (some times shooting fire balls ) during closed throttle decel ? BTW, I'm using the Tec2 for those who don't know this....
