  1. Are the Kaminari air dams still being sold anywhere?
  2. Good question... I'd also like to see a solution to this shifter issue. Anyone know for sure?
  3. It all depends on the way the bracket was made. If it has 4 bolts holding it on, I can't see how you could install it w/o removing the stub axle. If it has only 3 bolts, shaped like a C, then you may be able to...
  4. I belive the oem 3 hole gear has the other two holes to adjust for chain slack/ head shave, so if you really want to be able to adjust cam timing, you must get the adjustable cam gear made for that purpose. The oem gear can only be used to advance, and very little at that...
  5. Nobody has mentioned the possibility that the damper ring with the crank timing mark "could" have slipped on the damper. If you know FOR SURE that the crank keyway is strait up, and the cam wheel is lined up at the V notch, it can't be off two teeth. I'd make dam sure the crank keyway is @ the 12:00 position first, then go from there. I don't know how many times I thought my damper marks were right, when they wern't, because of slippage....
  6. You need to go to the photo album section and upload your pics into either your album, or the general pics section. Then, copy and paste the links into your next post .....
  7. The problem I had with my pair of RW mounts was the driver side (U.S.) hitting the large turbo oil drain pipe coming from the block...
  8. That looks just like my old SFP turbo header.... you will notice the difference using that puppy..I sure did!
  9. I think He's after looks also.... He wants that bada$$ huge I/C look...
  10. I have two of them, one with the correct axles (converted the Thagard method) on my car now, and one diff w/o axles... If any of you ends up wanting to part with the diff, I'll give you something for it...
  11. Sweet.... no insult intended, but it sure looks like a B210 to me....
  12. Well, personally, I'm just getting them while the gettings good. I really don't know what I'm doing when it comes to replacing/ adjusting clutches in a diff, butI figure someday, I'll need these. I don't have a time frame, so when ever is good with me. Right now I have a VLSD R200 in my car, but do have a 3:9 CLSD R200 to use them on if needed some day... Justlet me know the plan, once you come up with one... j.
  13. I'll take 4 - 1.65mm clutch discs. I'd rather get them made from the same stuff you guys used... Just shoot me a $ number... thanks - joel
  14. I've paid yearly for that mag, but you know what... I won't miss it. It never did much for me, I just subscribed to help keep the Z car alive...
  15. Did you get the full harness with ECU? If so, you should be able to handle it with help from these guys.... Sounds like your on your way to having your RB Z monster running way before I do... I'm envious. Make sure to take lots of pics and post them up here for all us RBr's to drool over...
  16. I also ran a E88 on my previous L6 turbo EFI set up. I just placed a FI gasket on it, marked it, then drilled and tapped it. Just watch out not to drill to deep... I also cut the inj releifs with a round carbide cutter. You can do it... just take your time...
  17. I used a regular L28 crank bolt on my last LD28 crank.
  18. I have one you can buy for $200 + shipping. PM me if intrested....
  19. Well, considering you can buy a set like those brand new for $525, I'm not sure you could get more than that... http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/AE86-510-240Z-260Z-280Z-15x7-Datsun-Konig-Rewind-Wheels_W0QQitemZ8076860275QQihZ019QQcategoryZ43955QQtcZphotoQQrdZ1QQcmdZViewItem
