  1. I have a 240z stub axle for sale cheap. PM me if interested.
  2. Most of the free email services have been blocked due to excessive spammer use. PM me his email address and I'll clear it (if it's not on a spammers list).
  3. Soon as I recover from my new GoPro HD camera purchase, I'm buying this piece from you guy's....
  4. I just went out and checked if I still had it. Brand new powder coated. I hate to sell it to you.... got anything to trade .. Woops... I'm no longer sure if this is a RB or L pulley..... sorry bout that! The OEM pulley is much flatter...
  5. I think I may have a rb26 w/p pulley from when I went with the new damper/pulley upgrade. I'll have to confirm in the a.m. if interested.
  6. I agree 100%... that stance looks wicked! I think I just changed the direction I'm going with my car. I think I'm going to remove my ZG's and get wheels that will fit inside the fenders so I can put my sectioned struts/ Illumina's to better use. Looks awesome drifter...
  7. It has been done before. Here is a members thread > HERE
  8. I think you answered your own question... I doubt there is "one" particular size used from the factory, so you'll prolly have to figure out what thickness yours requires... Sorry, that's all I got.
  9. Nice and clean installation! I'd be proud
  10. I had mine with out a vacuum canister at first, like you said, with the stock one way, but never was happy with the brakes until I added a canister with a check valve from Jegg's.
  11. Depends more on the turbo you choose, than the use of a header. I don't know what else to say. The question is to broad....
  12. You should be ok to put it on a 280. I put one on my 260, and it's a early 260 at that, so the 280 should have the throttle lever mechanism over far enough to work... It's the 240, with the real small booster that have fitment issues.
  13. When I do my rear upgrade, I'll use the GT-R 4:11, the 6 bolt axles with MM billet 6 bolt companion flanges on the new stub axles I just bought. That is all I'll ever need for my use of the car, and I already have it all. If I were looking to drag race it, I'd definitely be interested in a more bullet proof R230 set up, like the TechnoToyTuning kit. Good luck though. You should be able to get others on board with you.
  14. One great thing about the R200 GT-R 4:11 is, it has the larger splined 6 bolt input stubs. In theory, one could swap the carrier into any geared long nose R200, and end up with a CLSD with beefier 6 bolt input shafts....
  15. rsicard, Have the same failure mode as who's 27 spline 280Z Stub Axles? Nissan or MMS? These will be fine for my use. I don't have to purchase additional custom companion flanges, or put up with the pisspoor customer service to get them. I don't doubt they are awesome pieces, as MMS is quality. This is just another avenue we have to get quality stub axles w/o getting the worst service to go with them, thats all... If I needed extra BEEFY stub axles, I'd use this pair I already own.. .
  16. Here is a better option for stub axles than the usual MMS drama >> Chrome molly stub axle thread
  17. I'm sure you'll get all the Mods support with that attitude....
