  1. Why is it sitting so low all the way round...collapsed strut towers? All together now...$Money$ Pit! Yasin
  2. Par-tay Par-tay John!! Have a festive one but remember work in the morning! LOL Yasin
  3. I was wondering why 3 and 4 were squished in like that!! Makes sense. For $300 you did pretty good Phil! And to think he was only in El Paso. If this guy was running 10s, one question and one comment: 1) Why is he not on HybridZ? 2) That ZX must have been crazy! Yasin
  4. Clive - Wow...that is totally totally cool...lucky guy!!! Does the engine have any "go-fast" bits installed? Yasin
  5. It makes me very happy and proud that you are going to restore the car and bring it back, rather than give up and take the easy way out! Kudos to you!! Yasin
  6. $450??? Wow...used! What is it worth new? Yasin
  7. Everyone knows that Vinh is "THE" man!! I miss Bruce BTW Vinh!, the legacy lives on. Yasin
  8. I had the same problem when I fitted my AZC radiator! I bought some aluminum U shaped tubing from Burns Stainless and went under the intercooler piping, not a biggie! Yasin
  9. Wow personally I love the VG30 engine conversion and the beautiful attention to detail, simply simply breathtaking. Everything you touch is perfection...simply awesome and inspiring!! Thanks for sharing, Yasin
  10. Paul - Thanks buddy!!! One each for Ringo, John, Paul and possibly George..LOL Raff - Yup all mig welded and tell Jover to drop me a line and I say "hey Hey"!!! Coming soon! Regards - Yasin
  11. Sorry to be sarcastic...but if someone has a turbo car for sale I would ask them to photograph the engine compartment and if there was a big onion hanging off the manifold all doubt would be addressed. Otherwise, the car you pictured there has: 1) Not turbo 14in wheels 2) Non turbo gauges 3) All '81 Turbo cars came with an Automatic 4) All '82 Turbo cars came with a 15" wheel style known as Snow Flakes Hope that helps! Yasin
  12. Ron - Wow...many many thanks for doing the research for me!! I *so* greatly appreciate it. Here I was thinking all along that it was a critical sensor for me to replace! I really need to just remove the factory EFI and install my standalone! Many thanks to all that chimed in. My best - Yasin
  13. +! on Scottie's comments. My GSL392 is not very loud at all. Summit WILL take it back as well. Yasin
  14. Hugh - No its not loud at all. You can definitely have a civil conversation in the car, but the Mustang sitting next to you at the light, knows there is something lurking under the hood.. Tony - Yup its tight all right!! Believe it or not only $250 direct from Burns, not anymore than many mufflers. Great price and excellent product. Thanks!! Mike. Regards - Yasin
  15. Wow...incredible...breathtaking!!! You are definitely throwing some $$ into that build. Awesome - Yasin
  16. Hi Gang - I need to purchase a new Engine Coolant Temp Sensor for my L28ET. This is the one that goes to the ECU not the gauge, it sits closes to the head in the bottm half of the thermostat housing and has a bullet connector and 3/8 NPT threads. The green pigtail wire that comes out of the sensor on mine completely broke off. It looks like this: Mine.. Courtesy Nissan keep wanting to sell me the NA version (thermotime sensor with the double wire connector) which looks like this and they say they do not have a listing for the single wire engine coolant temp sensor that came on the L28ET (??): I also tried NAPA and they were no help, they wanted to sell me the same sensor as Courtesy. Can any of you help please? Scratching my hair on this one. Many Thanks - Yasin
  17. Hi Gang - Finally put an exhaust on my car!! Its is an all mandrel system. The downpipe is 3" and then it transitions up to 3.5", from which point it is 3.5" all the way to the tip. It took just over 8hours to fab and was done by one of the skilled fabricators here in town. He was able to take the 3.5" over the axle so there is lots of ground clearance and its nicely tucked as well. The Downpipe came out great and has three bungs for the 02, data logging and a spare gauge. The muffler is from Burns and, it is 3.5" in diameter as well and 16" long and weighs only a hair over 3lbs (!!), the coolest Mufflers I have ever bought. It can be re-packed and rebuilt. The tip is from Magnaflow. Car sounds angry but not overbearing, has a great rumble to it. Pics: Tight Squeeze over the axle: Regards- Yasin
  18. Not that I want to tempt fate, but if I get pulled over next time please Mr.Policeman hope you are driving this: Yasin
  19. Cool, then I can quiz you both if I get some issues installing my Haltech on my engine! Hope thats OK. Also you running stock coil igntion or MSD? Regards - Yasin
  20. Killer video Tim!!! Are you pulling he car to 7K on the dyno? The car looks incredible as always. So did you blow off your IC hose in the first couple minutes of the video! Humbled!! Yasin
  21. Phil - Coool! Was Chris running the L28ET distributor with the E6K? Also what new engine management system will he now be running? Yasin
  22. As a good rule of thumb, ever extra psi of boost adds between 7-10hp. Go conservative and say its 8hp in your case per psi of boost. Stock RB20 is what 8psi?..so that would be an extra 40hp at the crank as you are running 13psi. That takes you to 230hp at the flywheel (stock RB20DET is 190hp right?)....figure 20% drivetrain loss, you are at around: 185whp Yasin
  23. My pictures show *too* much skin....and scantily clad ladies...! Yasin
