  1. Why are you running 2 fuel regulators ? Nigel
  2. In the end I brought it from this ebay seller http://stores.ebay.com/threaddoctor?_trksid=p4340.l2563 he was kind enough to sell me 12 Nigel
  3. It looks like you go super rich at 4K, and every thing drops off, did you look at leaning it out at 4K to get rid of the dips ?? Ngel
  4. Hi, I'll offer you triple for what you paid for them ?
  5. Tony, I hope you was not talking about my reply, I should have said "No tape is needed, the copper washers will seal it" Nigel
  6. No tape is needed if the copper washers seal, ( you dont want bits of tape going through the turbo ), another way to heat the washers, if you don't have a torch is to use a old style stove top, the one with the spiral hot plat, turn it up flat out with the washers on it. Nigel
  7. Hi, does anyone know where you can buy these in groups of 12 instead on 10 as I have seen on eBay ? Nigel
  8. If it has cooper washer, just heat them up ( Anneal ), the way I was told, heat till you can see a colour change - dull red , but not to much or they will melt. this will make them soft, and they will seal. Nigel
  9. Try this, http://www.efianalytics.com/TunerStudio/ You wont be disappointed.. Nigel
  10. No one else picked up on this ? It looks like you have answered yourself.
  11. Yes, very common, I have 3 spare engine (2xL28) and 2 running in my cars that have front sumps. but alas, no local 'L' turbo stuff. ( all imported from the US for me )
  12. Hi, what version of Autocad are these file created in ? much chance to save it into a earlier version, maybe R14, or 2006 ? Nigel
  13. There is a 1 inch spacer you can buy, I got my of ebay a long time ago. some one here ay have one for sale. this is the first one I came up with ( google ) http://www.graytechsoftware.com/garage/pic.asp?tbs/tbs_pic Nigel
  14. I'm a little concerned about this in the description " I had the engine reconditioned and the head was unable to be machined back any further. " plus it's missing all the valves, and these are shorter than other L heads, except P79 I believe, I don't mind spending a little more to get a complete head, it would probably be less hassle in the end. but I will keep my eye on it. Nigel
  15. I've got 2 x N42, 1x MN47, 1xE31, and another early one, never bothered to look. I need one for my L28 Turbo Build. Nigel
  16. Hi, I'm after a good, unmolested P90 Head ( or maybe a P79 if the price is right ), only issue is I live in Burnie, Tasmania, Australia, 7320, so if you have what I want, and willing to ship it ( surface mail ), let me know, Note:, to make it lighter, I don't need the cam sprocker, spark plugs, front timing cover plate (the 3 bolt one), or rocker cover also I have no idea on the freight cost, so it may be to expensive to do., thanks Nigel
  17. Also the R30 Skyline ( '81 to '85), with the L24e engine has the 'N47' head.
  18. it's the same in Australia, most of my turbo bolt on parts came from the US. I assume Nissan sold Nissan Patrols in Europe, some of these had the L28 in them, 160 Series (MQ / MK), 1980–1987 Australia, 260 Series, 1986–1994 , The 260 series was a Spanish-built version of the 160 (easily spotted by the rectangular headlamps) sold in Europe and was available in SWB / LWB and with L28 http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nissan_Patrol Nigel

  20. 6 of these with 6 web cam pointing at them, all recorded on a laptop .. then you could compare cylinder to cylinder, instead of a 'over all' reading from a wbo2, unless you run 6 wbo2... just a thought
  21. I assume this is more relevant to a N/A engine than a Turbo engine? Nigel
  22. Hi, I know this is not a 'Z', but this show what you can do, if you put time and money into something. http://www.classiczcars.com/forums/showthread.php?42393-JDM-Style-Tail-Lights Nigel
  23. This is mine, Intercooled L24 Turbo, EDIS, MS 2 Extra 310 , 3 inch exhaust, Nigel
