take 2 nuts put it on the stud and tighten them on to eachother. Then just get on the nut closest to the manifold and turn it out. Might have to heat it up. Also be soaking it in pb blaster before hand. Then run down to napa and get some studs that are 1/2inch longer than stock ones on the part that goes through the spacer.
Mine isnt that fancy but i change it between Z cars and some of my favorite anime like trigun, cowboy bepop, full metal alchemist, Eureka Seven, Bleach, stuff like that
I actually left the paint on my door jambs when i did mine i did go in and scuff them up with some 80 grit sandpaper and then primmed them though. Guess it just depends on how picky your gonna be if you wanna go that far
Looks in pretty good shape. Change the premix, and i would also clean out the carb. It will be alot easier than the last one you did. There is probably alot of varnish in the bowl and on the jets. if you need some advice give me a call
I saw it. Spectacular is all i can say. When i saw those moving blocks and how precise they where moving i thought they had to be on some sort of actuators. I mean they would all come down to the same height at the same time it was amazing. I was SHOCKED at the end when all the people popped out. That takes so much practice. I was in a national level marching band in HS and are formations wherent nearly as precise as those guys and we where considered to be really tight on ours.
Truelly amazing ceremonies
Hey justin its looking good but a word of advice. Its worth your time to make sure you get ALL of it off on the first pass because it will take longer to do it twice to go back and get all the little spots that you missed. Just be consistent
I had my friend throw one. went just below the screen and hit the speaker. We had warned him to put the wrist strap on and he was like "Ahhhh why do i need that" and then bam there it went. LOL. Its required for every one that plays now. lol
Did you do it using the factory performance parts that keep your warranty?? Ive heard of lots of people modding those pretty heavily using all the performance parts that are available through GM and then they blow it up and take it in for a warranty
the home depot page didnt work for me and the one from lowes works but is courser than the ones i used and put more scratches in it. It also doesnt have replacable disks
Here is what i used. You can get them from Lowes.
It worked great and doesnt do any damage to the metal. Its so much faster than using a stripper. I found that when using a stripper that you still had to go over it with the pads to get it all off so why not just do it once.
so get a 90Deg silicone coupler. and as for exhaust. Your pretty much gonna have to go custom. I went with a 4" dp to 3" exhaust.
Yes mine is of an 05 i believe
