  1. I know my Power wires are good. They are soldered in place. Ill try the noise filters on the constant power wire and the switched power wire. Do i get those at radio shack? Also I have NGK plug wires and i have B8ES plugs in the car i believe. Ill try to get some BR8ES plugs also. and see if that helps.

  3. You just have to use a good adhesion promotor. I used a dupont product called plas-stick it hasnt peeled yet and its been flexed a lot already
  4. The mechanical fuel pumps that came stock on our cars when they where carbed was directly over the alternator......

    i was thinking if it was a holset i could give you a site for where to get one. But honestly ive ordered 3 different 4" v-bands and they have all been different sizes.
  6. My car doesnt have anything that isnt essential. Radio doesnt work and no ac and no aftermarket lights. My fuel pump wiring is a wire from the relay board directly to the pump and then a wire to ground. But my fuel pump is in the engine bay next to the alternator. My car is in nashville right now and im in Florida so i wont be able to work on it till wed. or so. Keep the ideas coming. As i really dont have money to start throwing parts at her right now.

  9. I agree I went through hell with this a while back. I got lucky and found one post somewhere on here about it.
  10. Ok I have been fighting a missfire/breakup for the past couple weeks. Car runs great besides this break up. It will do it while cruising and while under boost but id say its more while under boost. I Have a few datalogs of when its doing it and ill attatch them. When it happens my RPM signal goes away and either my voltage spikes to like 17-18 volts or it drops to like 3-4 volts. Ive cleaned all my grounds and my battery terminals. Also on 3 different occasians my Firmware has been erased. All my maps and settings, everytthing No damage to the ecu i just have to reflash everything. My question is do you guys think my voltage regulator is going bad and causing the problem. Or do you guys think that my CAS is going out and causing my ms to mess up or something? IDK here are the data logs. On the data log it did it on record 132,163,412,418,428,4399,4453, datalog.zip
  11. There is a turbo'ed ls1 swapped PT cruiser Running around daytona beach. I believe it has a tubbed rear end It runs 13psi and i think is in the 11's maybe 10's
  12. Little off subject but can you use a NA cam core to lets say have isky grind a turbo grind onto it?
  13. Another thing to think about is the fact that the 280zxt uses the same 25 spline count. Why would Nissan go with a weaker part for a more powerful car?
  14. I cant believe nobody has stated this or at least I havent read it. Its a huge money saver!!!! its called..... LEAVING IT STOCK!!!!!!!!
  15. Also for moving the flange. i think it would be alot easier if you left the collector together and moved it closer using the runners. Like cutting and shortening the runners at the spots i have marked in red. Obviously it will be a little more difficult than that but it would be easier than reforming the collector.
  16. No they aren't not talking about selling it to another shop. They are just willing to sell it under a fictitious name so that no one would really have to know its a SSAC header. But we aren't worried about that. So we will just have SSAC sell us the header. Basically they are treating me as a business making a large purchase from them. I have asked them if i need to receive the money or of they can do that and they said it can be handled either way. I would just let them take care of the sales. So lets not worry about that part. We just need to make sure we have header that will fit.

  18. Gabe mounted them the same way as i did i believe. Here is a few pictures of how i did it. I absolutely love these seats they are way more comfortable then the stock ones. Im 6'1" and i sit with my seat back pretty straight up. And with the seat tilted all the way up I Fit with my helmet on and still have about 1/2 to 3/4 of an inch clearance. If I tilt the seat down i have about an 1" 1/2 -2" clearance. If you mounted them to the floor of the car they would be WAY to low. I wouldnt even be able to see over the steering wheel. lol

  22. Ive trimmed my fender and air dam enough to where it barely rubs. its not a big deal to me.
