  1. Maybe it gets pressed in when the vinyl is put on. Photo is kinda dark as well.
  2. Nice. Love me some Speedhut. Just got my fuel gauge that needs to go in as well. Good luck with installing that. If you have a dash cap, REALLY good luck. Took me the better part of a day.
  3. Just took the first drive after replacing my clutch and new Fidanza flywheel. 13.5 lbs. difference. Sounds crazy but the car feels so light. Glad I did it!
  4. Try an actual bearing supply place like Bearing Headquaters for instance. Pretty sure that ain't the only use for that size of bearing, or used only for the S30. Defiantly search Rock Auto for the common stuff, MSA is proud of parts and shipping. Save a buck or two.
  5. Echo. Went through 3 Homelite's and finally stepped up. Starts everytime, first time. Kick's ass.
  6. I have 16x8's, +15 without spacers and have no rubbing anywhere. For reference I'm on coils and have rolled fenders. The rolled fenders were not needed for this combo, but coils for sure due to the to the spring perch. Tires are 215/50-16. It's got a nice tuck as well.
  7. Makita. Runs like crazy, a Dremel style will NEVER be an equal tool.
  8. You need more buttons and gadgets...
  9. You ever decide on this, or does anyone have any thoughts? Getting ready to buy a flywheel myself.
  10. Mine with new shoes and a couple interior pics.
  11. You could ask here: http://www.jdmchicago.com/forums/showthread.php?t=26378 The owner is also here as well. Not sure of her user name.
  12. A touch of positive offset helps a HUGE amount when it comes to rub.
  13. When I had that set up I needed to roll my fenders for sure. I am also on coils though. I'm on 16x8, +15 and its smooth sailing.
  14. Just realized yours is earlier than mine. My 75 had to come out the back due to the dash cap.
  15. had these mounted last night and they took VERY little weight to balance.
  16. If you gotta take them out back prepare yourself for a battle. Time consuming and a real bizatch, but it can be done.
  17. My son's wheels for his Miata came in, thought I would post a few pics. These are 15x8.5", +17mm, 4x100 (15lbs each). I have a set of this wheel in silver, 16x8" coming soon and will post pics of those as well.
  18. IMHO (everyone has one right?) to run the 8" wide wheel without flares, rubbing, etc. specifically with coils the 0 offset leaves the wheel in the land of "am I poking out?" or "am I tucked?" I think the rear needs some positive offset to tuck in which helps with the lines of the car especially from the rear. I'll know in a couple weeks once I put these on: http://www.klutchwheels.com/wheels/sl1-silver They are +15, and I'll use some spacers. I have XXR 531's with 0 offset on coils and they just don't look right.
  19. My kid just bought that set for his Miata. I'm going to try the silver version in 16x8, +15mm for my 280.
  20. Anyone have any experience with this wheel? I dig this color combo. Sizes and offsets seem right. 15x8, 16x8, offset is +15mm but that can be fixed.
