  1. Lots of nice parts there. Are you going to get under your hood painted before you install the turbo?
  2. It would cost that much to build that right, more photos would be nice ie. under the hood
  3. I also know a guy that uses a head gasket as a fuse. I guess if some one else makes them i will not bother. But i might still make one for the neon. How much dose http://www.scegaskets.com want for that copper head gasket for the L28?? My bud might be getting a water jet so might beable to make it cheaper.
  4. where in canada are you? Rick in BC might be able to help you. (he also has made a 240Z RB26 swap)
  5. Here is one, but it will be a lot of $$$ for not that big of a HP gain. I bet it is around 1000$ http://zdatsun.com/turbo_header.html
  6. Think of it this way is some thing is on top of the spring / strut it will lift the car. And if some thing goes under the strut (ie.your bump steer spacers) the controll arm will just be lower
  7. I dont have them, but it should just move the controll arm down and the spindle that holds the wheel will be in the same spot.
  8. If you want big power in the 350Z you will have to swap out the pistons, with a forced induction kit
  9. bumpsteer spacers stop your steering wheel from truning when your car is lowered and you hit bumps, so no you dont need them in the rear because you dont have 4 wheel steering And yes you will still need your bump stops. Did you get the CCW's yet?
  10. Thanks for the info. I'll be reading up on them.
  11. Just the other night a friend of mine asked me if I could make a copper Dodge Neon head gasket. So I thought that I could draw it up on AutoCAD and then get it water jet or laser cut. Any input on this what type of copper, thickness, and if this will work? Would people want one for the L28?? Thanks
  12. My suspention and diff is all POR-15, Looks good and it is very tough.
  13. Do you think that exhaust would be loud? Nice, is it for sand rails, dune buggy.
  14. oh sorry I was just talking about the compresser
  15. If your car was a fuel injected to start with you should have baffles in the tank. but if you have a 240Z tank you need to do some thing to keep the fuel at the pick up at all times. And the stock lines are too small to feed a RB you will need -6 or -8, you can use your old feed as a return, and make a new feed ie. in the sump
  16. I like to sand blast then coat with POR-15 Powder coating is also a good idea and it dose not cost a ton.
  17. You can clear coat it, most clear coats have UV protection in them.
  18. ON3GO, If you get any more parts there will not be enough room left in your bed. They are nice struts but do you don’t need to tuck them in bed at night (see photo).
  19. Wow that is a good deal, keep us posted. One good dyno tune could cost that much.
  20. It is a pain when you have to get the old steel shells out, I used a press where i could. As for the mustache bar, it is easy just to burn it out... just light it then sit back and enjoy. I would sand blast and POR 15 it after too.
  21. Ah, I dont feel so bad now.
  22. For an LT1 I would upgrade, you only need the stub shaft and flange. The half shafts should just bolt up.
