I thought about getting into it.. I reserched and found that the easystar is a awesome plane .. electric motor,, awesome range and very controlable. There are some people who put mini cams in them and it looks really neat..

I am using one as a resonator.. it works awesome. It takes out all the droan and makes my exhaust system pretty quiet..

Yeah sure if your a drives distance from Vildini( they do awesome work).. Thats great you got your whole exhaust done for around 530 or so thats not a bad price at all. I have about 400 (including magneflow muffler)total in my exhaust I made my self.It is all stainless steel 3" mandrel bent, Accept the scottie GNZ DP which is 2.5" stainless mandrel. The problem here is finding someone who can make mandrel bends local. KTM Is your system all stainless or just aluminized. I would think if you are going to get a better DP you would also be building a whole custom exhaust system. I doubt I would pay the 180 for that DP.. but 120-140 range sounds about right for it to me. just my .02

It will out flow the stock DP by TONS.. I would say alittle work to it is in order.. like grinding the welds and repolishing it. I have a scottie GNZ Dp pretty similar to this one and it has served me well. I would say bid on it. It will outflow the stocker by far.

Yeah that is a very clean setup.. And as austin said.. keeping it from going infront of the radiator saves you some heat soak. Is that aluminum pipe? If so that even saves you more from heat soak. Looking great KTM.. Very nice looking Engine bay..The only thing I would change is have some of the IC connections welded and get rid of most of the couplers. What size turbo are you running? and what psi of boost are you running? Also.. I am trying to collect data on different IC setups and air intake temps. If you could get some air intake temp readings of normal driving as well as boost? Thanks!! and again.. looks great!!

Eric, You know that show on discovery called "HOW IT WORKS" how awesome would it be to get them to come to JADA and do a show there.. I really like that show. Sorry for taking soo long to post a reply.. been super busy.. BBZ, yes 245's even up front. I think the backspacing is actually 3.5. or like -12mm offset. I do not have coilovers and everything fits great. I was really leary about the 245s up front but it fits perfect and no rubbing. For the rear I had to roll the fenders and no rubbing there either. Eric::, Yeah It was on the car when I bought it. I really like it and when I do the body work. I would like to reuse the 3 peice spoiler.. EvilC:: I got the wheels for 680 shipped to my door. But I dont think they are that cheap anylonger. Like others had said.. they are not on sale any longer I LOVE THEM!!!! Thanks for the compliments guys!!

If you have the stock ZXT knock sensor plugged in. It could be hearing head noise, see it as "knock" and pull all of your timing out. Do you have a wideband? I am guessing this is a stock ZXT motor with stock T3 turbo and running off the wastegate. make sure you use a wideband.. and if you can get back to the dyno.. do a pull with the knock sensor installed and then try it again with it unplugged. just make sure you pay close attention to the wideband.. Good luck man..

Man thats some great news!!.. I have a question for ya.. what should I use for seam sealer after installing new patch panels on the Z? I am going to replace my rusted out battery box and I want to seam seal all the welds as well as POR-15 my whole engine bay.. Thanks Gabe

you realize if you did that the IC will be 30" tall. Im not sure you would want it dragging the ground infront of your car. or sticking 10" above the hole you would have to put in your hood. If you are looking for one thats inlet and outlet are on the same side , the one sweatloaf posted looks pretty nice.
