  1. Thanks Aaron for inviting me to the shop. It was very nice, hope I didn't chat too much with everyone and made you lose some time! Very nice shop and great too see a quality person oriented. I posted public thanks here:http://forums.hybridz.org/showthread.php?t=141206 You could post picture of your work there! Dayz
  2. In regards to the end of page 2 of this thread: http://forums.hybridz.org/showthread.php?t=139673&page=2, I got invited and dropped by Weirtech's shop yesterday in the afternoon. I have to say that guys like Aaron are why this board is so great. I haven't gotten the TIG fast welding lesson I went there for; I was probably to amazed by all the nice tools, his CRX - S2000 project or by the actual header fabrication he does. I hope he has the chance to post some pics of his work, beautiful, quality pieces, it was car porn in real time! Hope you will have the chance to deal with him, Great guy. Aaron, hope you will contribute often on this board, and thanks again for yesterday! Dayz
  3. If you want and are very serious about the car, I can check it out for you.. I am in Toronto. I can see if it is a scam! You can pm me her phone or whatever...I wont buy it, but could help you out! Dayz
  4. Again Black Dragon, they sent me the same one...the inner diameter is too big, by 1/2 inch. They have the same number for all the S30. Anyone knows if they have different ones or they all don't fit? Thanks
  5. Update for you guys, I filled a Paypal claim...we shall see what happen. Dayz
  6. Thanks Joker, I am not a pro welder, that is for sure. I can Tig/mig pretty well, Oxy/ace...I would need more practice. I only have a Mig at the moment and from what I read I should be fine. Can you please elaborate on the Mig welding process, I would be very interested to know. On another note, why is Mig welding Stainless in now approved in the aviation industry, for welding Headers...Is there a way not to "sugar" the welds with a mig? I really appreciate inputs on this one...Maybe I should starts another thread?
  7. How did yo come up with that 5 Liter? Nicely done Dayz
  8. Low PSI I hope, look at the hose inlet on the "Saw"...That must be a dangerous piece of machinery! Dayz
  9. Here is a good write up, What else do you need? http://www.atlanticz.ca/zclub/techtips/distributor/index.html

    Muffler size help

Guys, I am ordering my ss exhaust parts now. I am running 2.5 all the way out. 1- Muffler size: Will a 5x8 by 14 length fit under the 240z? 2- Going oval, the muffler inlet should be center of offset? I assume the outlet should be offset. Thanks for the muffler size answers, any suggestion on brand & size on an SS muffler that is quiet as possible would be great! Dayz
  13. I seriously believe so...SU that needs to be rebuilt goes for 150-250, I am sure the Weber will pick up in popularity at some point. Dayz
  14. I don't know if I am off topic, I plan to mig weld SS exhaust with Argon/co2, do I have to backpurge, if so with what? I have read on other website that I should be fine with the Gas and without backpurging. Please correct me, Thanks Dayz
  15. Do you guys have any way to check phone numbers in the states, White pages or something? I will seriously try to talk to him before I start going on on him...one thing in this world that I hate is someone that doesn't do what he/she said he would do. Thanks Dayz
  16. Where in Canada, I have seen that car before. Depending where it is, I am sure you can find help from members. The border is the problem for price but I am sure you can find a good deal.
  17. I bought some parts from him a month and a half ago, paid him promptly and never received anything. The thread was this one: http://forums.hybridz.org/showthread.php?t=130570&highlight=mattyice Anyone knows him, I have sent many emails, but received only one last week saying he didn't receive the previous ones. I send emails all day from work, everyone seems to receive them...that excuse is getting old Anyone from Canton OHIO, father is Michael Pitzo, anyone can check the phone number or can give me a place to look where I don't have to pay 19$ for all the information and... I am very patient at this point, not accusing anyone yet of anything, just trying to control this transaction a little. Thanks for you help, Dayz
  18. Guys, I don't want this thread to be about politics, admin close it as you wish. Congratulation to you all Americans for a powerful campaign, republican or democrats supporters, you all have worked very hard and made this campaign a true "American Thing". Think of it this way, I would be more willing and motivated to vote in the US rather than here in Canada, and trust me, I am following politics. You guys have to be proud, waiting in lines for hours, investing money...and making this important issue as a citizen...in fact as important as it should be. As a Canadian, I would be proud to be part of the United States! Congratulation and Good Luck on this new start, either Democrats or Republican, I believe this will be a day that everyone remembers as a day of change and a day where every Americans worked hard together for a common goal! Dayz Close this thread if you wish, this was more of a Citizen statement and view as a Canadian than a political view.
  19. Daeron, Not much that is for sure. Isee the DGV on ebay for 100-200 for the package, just the adapters are worth..... not too much. Dayz
  20. It has been discussed on aviation forum...It can be done with the plane, the engine has enough trust to make it happen. Their skills as well. KILLATHRILL isn't an aerobatic aircraft sponsor "on tour", nobody has ever seen them, therefore believing it is a publicity stunt. Search the web a little, you shall find. Dayz
  21. Thanks, yes It helped a lot. 1- From what I can see, you have the very small "SU" insulator, between the Canon manifold and the intake. Which would make sense since I don't have enough travel at this time. 2- I am missing some linkage at the Gas pedal linkage, you have a bracket that I don't have. The remaining it the same. Thanks PS. SHOz sent me some pics, I believe there is more than one way to do this.
  22. Please do, I am still trying to figure it out. It came used from a 240z 1973, I can make it work but that is not what I want to do. Send me a pic anyway you can, I would love it. Thanks
  23. You have PM SHOz, Thanks Dayz
  24. Guys, I need a picture of the DGV linkage. I have the parts but cannot figure it out the fit in a logical manner. The most logical position doesn't work without grinding some pieces...which I don't want to do on this car. Thanks, After this it will be out of its 3 year jail time, or soon to be. Dayz
  25. Nicely done Austin, How did you measure this, with a "3d dimension" machine or by yourself in a sort of way? Thanks Dayz
