  1. Not sure whose it is. It was in the previews. Maybe they will say on Monday on the show. Time will tell. Glad to see the Datsuns representing out there though.
  2. People have realized the potential of the LS now. It shows in the prices. watch craigslist. I picked my intake up (LS1) for 100 shipped. Not in the car yet though, so no answer for ya. I do have a truck intake in the garage though lol.
  3. Just finished tonight's episode and saw a glimmer of hope at the end of the show. It came in the form of a black S30 tubbed with a large hood scoop lined up for the upcoming "cash days" episode. So.... whose was it? I know it's a scripted show, but here is to hoping the Datsun kicks ass.
  4. Was this thread a nice way of saying "hahaha I am faster than all of you"?? Haha, I am kidding. Good run, definitely moving at 155 in the 1/4.
  5. If you are that worried, make your own. Mount plates can be had for 20 bux specific to the LS engine. Energy suspension has poly mount kits for specific sized tube. It require more time, but if you have the means, it would be way cheaper in the end. I bought Sanderson headers, am just waiting to get a transmission, and alternator to make it work together. Headers steering and alt seem to be the main clearance points. Just my .02. Good luck either way!
  6. Stopped watching after your spot. can't top perfection
  7. Hahaha, sandblasting and powder coating even. That is what I spent yesterday doing lol. I will be watching this one for sure.
  8. Love this. It's very similar to all the crap I am doing. Should finish my rotisserie tomorrow so I can weld in some real frame rails from front to back since mine have more holes than I care to count.
  9. Congrats! She looks great! I am sure you are more than ready to enjoy the fruits of your labor. Almost there!
  10. Are you guys viewing it on your phones? Windows Media Player on my laptop shows it correctly.
  11. Me thinks its only you. Worked like a charm for me. Man oh man was that sexy Thanks for more inspiration!
  12. Hahaha, my R200 came on the other day and stained my soul as well. Still not enough to take away the feeling of new parts though lol.
  13. Love the wheels, but the Google translation was even better....
  14. Awesome! Congrats! Very clean. Color looks good on her.
  15. I worked as an "engineer" (glorified draftsman) for a company that designed and fabbed industrial electrical enclosures. All metal. Some of them were brushed stainless, no coatings, and all of them had grounding stud welded in. As long as your electrical system does not have frayed wires, random splices and all around garbled crap I think you would be fine
  16. Agreed! I was watching this hoping for an answer and BAM!
  17. I had contacted a vendor for spin werkes, I was told they recently were sold to another owner and stopped manufacturing wheels. They may be starting again at some point in the future from what I was told.
  18. Wow, that is crazy. I did a few laps on there back in 2007, and there is no way in hell that I would attempt it even in the rain, nevermind in the snow.
  19. Never mind the dumb ass question. Digging back into 2007 posts gave me my answer. Damn the search function.
  20. The back is G-O-A-S-T though.... Is your bumper fiberglass? I really need to fix my plasma cutter... Stupid question- obviously the later model S30s have the signals in the grill, the 240 in the corners. I plan to run an Air dam of course. I am to assume the piece between the corner pieces is not utilized with the air dam. So I would only need the 280Z corner pieces to eliminate my stock signals? Sorry for noob question
  21. That is damn sexy. I just decided to keep my front bumper (Chrome, but quite a few dents so work will be needed lol)
