    im not sure how solenoid works in terms of helping a car start better myself, something to do with heat im sure. i run one and never had a problem starting the car, also run plenty advance, sometimes when very hot it will take one or two seconds more cranking, but not more than that.

    looks like a two plus two in the above shot, thanx for posting that, brings back memories when i was like eight or ten my mom would wake me up and put breakfast in front of the tv so i could watch the first twenty minutes, man that show would come on at 7am, i cant believe i used to wake up like that on call! starscream better back that A$$ up! black enkei looking wheels too. got any shots when he turns robot???

    i think it would be more for a turbo header just because its turbo. i would like to see one made that didnt cost a million bucks myself.

    if i were to do it again i would probably do either a 280z or a zx. if youre going to do a legal swap i would do a turbo zx in a hearbeat. cv's, rear disk, talking dash, r200, and funny vents, and that beautiful eighties center dash, oh yeah baby oh yeah.

    yeah i dont think the car did so well in the testing, could grip well enough to save his ets. has to be hard to control and must need at the veyr least a sds or motec managment system and a very skilled tuner to get that to work. i like turbos, i like them even more that ive been watching rally on speed tv, turbo sounds like an old tv tuning, just delightful, never had a turbo in my life would like to try it some day, heck never really had a efi car before like to try that too.

    basically thats it i think, the tb off the sc goes to a turbo and ic, and just must be hell on head gaskets! try and do a search for twincharger, youll see it.

    they need to make a full animated version, stupid trueno gets like twenty cartoons, only cartoon that had a z was transformers then. (prowler i think he was the 280zx police car robot. that movie does make you wanna run zg's, bre wing, whatever front spoiler, and BOOST.

    89 mr2 hks twincharger kit, they used to run that setup and get more than 300hp on the stock block, it ran the roots blower that was stock on those cars into a big turbo, the sc would spool the crap out of the turbo and then your rockin. sport compact car had a twincharged mr2 compete in the ultimate sports compact car contest, i think its overkill but nothings more gratifying than wretched excess.

    thats so true. it could last you years, it could crap on you tommorow. i drove that old straight six car like a complete psycho for six months straight knowing that it had crap for compression, i did one comp check and thats all she wrote, just maintained my regular maintenance and let her rip. but yeah it may last a while, and it might not, machines hate humans, remember that.

    i think the cartoon is better than the movies by a long shot, you cant pay me to watch those movies again, unless its the special edition where the z guy is older and hes a used car salesman reminiscing with the black bird guy about how he used to be the man.     imma have to look into a 400, having a 406,415,427 whatever sbc has to be really nice.

    motorcycle shop will know where to get them. i dont know how much though, probably pricy, probably just as much or in the ballpark as a small set of drag radials.
