Lookin good man!! If you have not already bought the POR 15 I would reconsider. I bought it and am peeved at the results. It works great on heavy rust but WILL NOT stick to clean metal or non-coroded painted surfaces. I wish I had used a simple zinc based etching primer. Keep up the good work! Rufus

Mike, When I bought my rotisserie from Denny we were talking about rollbars and he said that you and him had discussed an option to allow for more headroom (to the rear of the driver). He said the plan was to notch the wheelwell areas in order to push the entire assembly back 3"-4". This sounds great because I am 6' 1" and am already cramped when it comes to headroom in my car. Besides I really don't want to bash my bucket if I get rear ended. When looking into this however it became apparent that if I did wht Denny suggested that there would be no solid place to weld the main hoop. I was wondering that if you indeed had this conversation with Denny, could you please elaborate on what he told me. Perhaps I misunderstood him. Thanks, Rufus

I have done some seaarching but have not found a thread that indicates that someone has successfully put a VG30DETT into a 240, 260 or 280. I am sure I am missing it as someone MUST have done it right? I am reconsidering the LS1 for the VG30 any opinions? The idea of TT w/ a 5 speed manual for under 2k is alluring!

Did you ever get this in? I am considering this engine.

Very cool I have never seen one before. I guess I may have to find a body shop that has one. Then i could make a cardboard template and ask them to reproduce it. Maybe I can go with no lip and use 24" rear wheels!! Bada-Bling Baby!!!

The picture of the lights (complete assembly) I used are on ebay currently for $2.00. I have seen them much more expensive though. I hope I can get them cheap as I intend on using 2 sets. I am not sure of the proportions but I think the lights are actually a bit oversized in my pic.
