  7. Hmmm... I would have liked to have been at that alignment shop because I watched my car being aligned using Modern-Motorsports adj. LCA's and it was completed in minutes and the tech was amazed at the ease of doing it. LARRY
  8. Just what are you exactly planning on doing motor wise????? My blower motor, before I swapped to a R-230, was producing over 400 rwft.lbs. using my stock R-200/ u-joints with no problems. When I went to 195 AFR heads I also did the R-230 conv. just because I could, not because I was breaking parts of the stock R-200 set-up. LARRY
  9. The other problem is, that even though a 70 240 thru early 74 260 will interchange with a late 74 260 thru 76 280, where the doors fit in the rocker area of the body shell they will not seal. You will notice increased noise at higher speed and water will seep in when it rains. One more problem is door panels are different. LARRY

  12. Quote from ZR8ED.... "I found the MSA headlight covers did not fit very well. They fit when forced slightly, but I was worried the lenses might crack over time. I ended up using a hairdryer to heat up and slightly bend the covers to make a tighter fit. they still fit the same, but were no longer under tension when secured in place." larry
  13. It's called....CYA... They are at the bottom of the "food chain" and are afraid of their license and of fines. LARRY

  16. One option is by donating to the site, your picture limit is increased. This quote is from a thread by Super Dan. "Also note that donating members have some additional perks like increased photo album size, highlighting your ad in the classifieds section and a cool yellow bar under your username Seems only fair to give the donators a little something more for their money." LARRY
  17. You'll never have sidepipe or mounting hardware damage by using flex joints in your set-up. Make sure you check the area's you drive in for drop-offs, large speed bumps and deep exits and entrances onto roadways. Go slow when your in that situation. I've had a scrape or two... LARRY
  18. So after after putting a race built 355 V-8 with a blower into my 75 280Z I thought I was finnished with mods and took it to a car show. One of the people asked me how I liked HybridZ. I said I've never heard of it. So I took a look. My first post was an engine bay pic and some tech info. Many mods and $$$ later we're still here... LARRY
  19. Well if I'm reading this right you fabed my 280Z frame rail supports and this is for you... LARRY
  20. I really like using simple green ( aval. at any auto store ), brush and a water hose. Just follow the directions on the bottle. For NA Z's make sure you cover the TPS switch. Don't know how many posts on why their car won't rev past 3,000 rpms because they washed the engine bay and water got to that switch. LARRY
  21. I just picked one of your pics at random from your album.... LARRY
  22. Looks Damn good...Next project is ready to roll to your house.. LARRY
  23. My recommendation is for you to quit driving on the streets, seeing that you are 14 years old, for your safety and ours. Wait untill you get a driving license and insurance. LARRY
