  1. Well, so I've now donated. I'm actually kind of ashamed I hadn't donated before now. I love this site, let me know when I need to help out some more. Tyson
  2. Ahh no, I was talking about the car ad. http://losangeles.craigslist.org/lac/car/211397128.html don't know if thats the car or not. Tyson
  3. You can stop by the Bakersfield Uhaul, pick up a trailer, bring it back to Bakersfield, switch trailers with Uhaul, then head up north. Sounds like a lot of work though... Hope it works out well, I saw the CL add for it. Tyson
  4. That is awesome Ernie!!!! Those little buggers grew on me quick. And I had no clue that red one was yours, that thing looks WICKED!!!! Wish I wasn't stuck plumb in the middle of you and LA, cause I'd love to help you out. Tyson
  5. Thats pretty nuts, get beat once by a busa, and "well a bigger motor is coming soon".... I mean shiiiiiiiit, that wicked. Tyson
  6. Thats awesome Cable!!! Can't wait to see you go flying by me one day around bako. I work pretty crazy hours, and travel a bit but let me know if you ever need any help. Tyson
  7. http://www.utojeu.ca/%7Ehomemade_lathe/ I thought this was a pretty cool website, I'm definitely going to be trying out some of them. Looks like fun, I also picked up Steve Chastains "Beginner's Foundry" so custom cast parts here I come!!! Tyson
  8. That looks sweet. I want to go to japan and find one . Also all I"m getting is question marks, which question marks show the price? Just know if you buy one, everyone will be hateful with envy. Tyson
  9. Well I was exaggerating. I have no intentions of using it for anything electrical. Only thing my dad will use the electrical plug ins would be for small drills and saws. Nothing serious, it is designed (according to the manual) to be able to supply electricity without any filters. I don't know much about welders i'm just going off of what the brochure and manual are saying. Tyson
  10. So my Dad went out and bought a new welder today. Its got a power generator on the back. Its going to be mostly for mine and his use but for his construction company too (i.e. tax write off). I think it will be just barely sufficient enough to weld up my exhaust and intake pipe..... Oh, did I say it could power our ENTIRE house for 6hrs??? Its a Lincoln Electric Ranger 10,000 (could be wrong just looked at it quickly), here are the pics. Any comments are welcome, I'm pretty it has ability to do TIG, MIG, and ARC. Tyson
  11. So my Dad went out and bought a new welder for me and the construction company (mostly for me). Its a Lincoln Electric 10,000 I think it just might be sufficient.
  12. Alright I've got to try and do some reasoning here. You're only paying 325-350ish dollars for A CUSTOM WHEEL TO YOUR SPECS!!!! No this price isn't for a 7" wheel, which is less if you went that way. How many other companies offer you a good quality wheel, custom made to order, with warranty for that kind of price? I mean look at the other options out there for Z-cars 4-lug pattern, CCW (+2k), Watanabes (+2k), HRE's(+4k), etc. Its still a great option for people like me who want to run a larger than 8" wheel without ANY KIND of spacer, and not break the bank. I mean sure its a big price jump, but you're still considerably less than the competition. I spoke to Luis there, not the best customer service guy but he know what he was talking about and was willing to help me. Just my $.02 Tyson
  13. Looks good, but I thought you had the centers Powdercoated black? Tyson
  14. Thats what I'm saying. Its kinda like a cross between Luarel and Ken & Mary style Skyline. I think with some ZG's and Wats, 510 fender mirrors, an IC for a grill and an SR would be wicked. It looks like its a similar platform to the 510's for coil-overs and parts etc. I'm just trying to decide now between a 3rd Z or an 610. Tyson
  15. That Laurel is very cool, It almost looks as if the 610 is a smaller version (engine bay just big enough for a 4cyl). It has very similar body lines though, thanks for posting, Tyson
  16. Okay, well I've never been a huge fan, but I've got to say I'm really starting to like em. Anybody have any good info, advice, or experiences with them?
  17. Just a Small update. Got my paint guns and air powered body sander. The Guns are StartingLine by Devilbliss, they look to be good quality and will work out well for my first set of guns. The only downfall so far for these guns is that they require 13cfm @ 30psi. They body sander, well is just cheap mostly plastic, had to use the vise grips to be able to get the pad holder off the first time me and my dad had to literally use our entire body weight to twist it off. Also the Air inlet plug is completely made of plastic, so I'm going to get the right size fitting and NEVER remove it because I don't strip it. It was CHEAP and I got a CHEAP product (go figure) but it will serve its purpose of stripping, and occasional sanding. Now to the pics: Tyson
  18. I had thought about it a long time ago. Still might do it on an all show Z. http://forums.hybridz.org/showthread.php?t=106709&highlight=air Hope it helps, Tyson
