  1. They look sweet! I don't know if I'm down for any originally but I want one at least! Mario
  2. There was another one too, with lots of owners, I'll try to find it. Mario
  3. Do you need 105 octane on the CR? Do you have any smog equipment? Mario
  4. Weird stuff. I researched it a bit (more like procrastinated my studies) and some people swear by it and others say it just increases wear rate on the plugs. Mario
  5. I have seen like an insulator wrap for spark plug wires, or you can wrap the headers. I've also seen spark plug wire sets made for headers with built in heat shielding and a bunch of other fancy stuff. Mario
  6. From what I've read about MS is you either have to convert the whole ignition setup to something MS friendly or piggy back the stock ecu. The easiest is MS for Fuel and the original controlling spark. I believe the OEM ecu can be retuned, so you could do that spark that way. The reason its hard to do fuel and spark on the LS1 is that it uses a bunch of sensors for positioning instead of a simple CAS or decoder wheel, that and isn't it COP? I don't think MS supports that yet, just wasted spark. Mario
  7. On the rear mounted cooling system, some v8 Porsche guys do the opposite, they route it to the front on a rear engined car. One was posted not long ago that had this setup here on hybridz. Mario
  8. It might have the rare 3.36 R-180.... or something like that... Some 79 ZXs had weird rear-end ratios. Mario
  9. Front facia, I believe electronics, options, and HIDs. Mario
  10. Looks gorgeous! How'd you do the dash? Is it a fiberglass one or did you cut the original? Mario
  11. Sweet! Maybe a rear mounted cooling system? Mario
  12. I want a 510 bad!! but I've got too many projects already.... Awesome find, Mario
  13. Unless it isn't running it probably can. I have seen stock Zs do burnouts like that before. Cool vid, car looks menacing. Mario
  14. Check the Cylinder Head Temp Sensor, both it and its harness to the ECU. Mario
  15. Ran it on my 83 NA and it improved idle quality significantly. It just seemed a little better. Mario
  16. Does anyone know if this and this rear valance are the same? Has anyone used it? Does it cover up the big bumper mounting holes? Thanks, Mario
  17. Yes, there is a post/time limit before you are allowed to post ads so that spammers can't spam. Mario
  18. Flames from the front or back? If it's from the back I'm thinking too rich or weak spark. Front is definately lean or too advanced timing. Mario
  19. I use the Microsoft (search powertoys in microsof.com) tool cuz its tiny and very fast. Mario
  20. Pics!!! Just post them in the member galleries. Mario
  21. You can run it perfectly fine with the stock system, except spark won't be tuneable. It's an easier install and MSnS-E will do fuel only perfectly fine. You can also lock the advance on your distributor and una hall effect sensor on the points, or an HEI module, can't remeber what... and use that to have MS control spark. Mario
