  1. I thought he decided on keeping it?? Beautiful car, wish I had the money. Mario
  2. I believe I plugged all the hose on the rubber boot then used a 90 deg bend to put it right behind the headlight. With a heat shield (there is barely enough room for one) it's the next best thing so as not to cut the rad support. Mario
  3. That acrobat guy was insane. No myspace, anyone on facebook? Mario
  4. Well, aren't the handling characteristics of those cars supposed to be very weird? Like a blend between MR and FR characteristics. On the kit cars.... The Enzo one doesn't look that bad, but why a eclipse chassis?? Mario
  5. I take it this is a stock 280z? Check plugs, rotor, plug wires, coil wiring, points (it has them right ??). Mario
  6. Bah... how do I delete this thread? It's all messed up, that is the output that "preview" gave me. Mario
  7. I can't seperate my posts into seperate line breaks. * Test * Test There should be a spot between the word test. Like test, "enter", *, "enter", test. Mario

  9. v2.2 will run fine. Just get the resistors and wire them like stock. You can run all the injectors off of one circuit, or run both like stock. v2.2 is the setup that is in Moby's sticky. No premade Opto/VR setup. You have to run an HEI module and wire it up the old way. The board will work fine. Mario
  10. If anyone needs the bell housing, I've got 2 auto bell housing if my dad hasn't tossed them. Dirt cheap, seriously. Does anyone know of a site with pics that shows how these trannies work? They sound really interesting. Mario
  11. Doesn't work for me either FYI Mario
  12. Hmm, maybe set up the outputs as programmable gauge outputs to allow the use of any gauge.... Hmm... I wonder if that's been brought up in the MSefi forums.... Mario
  13. Congrats! Now work on that website.... Or at least change the title! Mario
  14. Pallnet, Gray's garage, and a few other places sell them. Mario
  15. He's also into billet clamps, something like http://www.billetclamps.com or something. Mario
  16. Go through a proxy one, something simple, doesn't even have to be an anonymizing one. Mario
  17. The spiking, and to some extent, the slow response, could be caused by the cheapo boost controller. I've never driven a 4 cyl turbo, but how much could the lag be with a T25?? Mario
  18. Yea, sounds like a TVS/TPS issue. Buy a maintanence manual or look online on what to set it at. Mario
  19. Best bet is a Probe forum for that. Or buy a repair manual, or maybe check autozone's free online guides. Mario
  20. There seems to be subtle differences to the site now. Mario
  21. Gas mileage blows btw. Worse mileage and lower performance then the 350z. Dunno about reliability, but the old rotaries had to have maintenance performed religiously to last long. Definately a cool car, but it might be a little too high up keep. Mario
  22. Best one is on the official Japanese Z car site. It's a black 300zx with a beautiful kit! Mario
  23. Search locally and you will find. A friend of mine bought his combo with 13,000 miles for under $4k! Came with an LS2 intake too. As far as Zs go, you're in the land of the plenty! California and AZ are some of the places with the most rust free Zs. I know you're looking for a 240z, but why not look into a 280z as well? They seem to run cheaper and are a little more stout frame wise then the 240z's. I picked up mine with a rebuilt engine, lots of new parts, big rims, and a parts car for $1800. And it is +97% rust free. The floor pans look great, as do the rails, spair tire well doesn't even have surface rust, as does the battery tray! Only had rust by the front passenger headlight. Even though eBay is a good place to look, being in CA, you can usually beat the prices by looking in local car selling magazines/classified/newspapers. Best of luck! Mario
  24. Some TB spacer's for the 240sx TB swap have a hole made for the original flange. Maybe drill and tap yours? Mario
