please be 400:biggrin:. Just think of it.....I have a stock motor! If I hit 400whp on cast pistons WOOO-HOOO baby!!! I might push the boost if I have to? I really don't want to blow it, but I did'nt want to blow my 01 Honda 929, or the 01 Suzuki gixxer 1000 either. but i did.:icon53: Its all the methanol.

I was data logging yesterday and at 25lbs of boost I'm at 19*BTDC and a 10.3 AFR!! Way too rich, but it pulls hard. I'm trying to lean it out a little I'm shooting for an 11.5 AFR. But I feel that I have to be VERY careful!

Well hitting 400whp on a stock bottom end is certainly doable. About 1 year ago I was down in Mobile and gave Ivan280zt a run and I believe he was making in the 450whp range on a stock bottom end although he had a big Kahuna turbo and nice intake and exhaust manifolds.

I've noticed that when running methanol the car still pulls plenty hard at AFR's that you would think are way too rich. Normally the car would probably break up a bit when its that rich but with meth . . . .

Also I would try and tune the car for around 11.3 or so. Since stoich for meth is lower your total AFR target should come down as well.

What size nozzle are you running? How high is the gain turned up on your controller? Can you tell me what your intake temps are under full boost?

I'll have to look again at my temps. Should I have the IAT sensor after the meth nozzle? As far as nozzle size, I don't know. I bought the kit used off e-bay and other things keep me from remembering to order a correct size nozzle. I know its dumb of me. As of now the meth nozzle is after my IAT sensor.

The meth comes on full strength at 14lbs, I have no controller. Just a boost switch.
