All I can say is, its a forced induction car (especially turbo), so changing the oil more frequently is already a must.
A testament to frequent oil changes is my friend's turbo'd Volvos. His dad has over 300,000 miles on it and they've always changed the oil short of 3000 mile intervals since new. It still runs like a beast. His other modded 740 ran over 225,000 miles before he went for a newer, stronger built motor. Turbo's (especially newer ones) have much smaller tolerances that oil has to cycle through to keep it healthy. If you run the car hard and shut it off without a good cool down, it will also shorten the ability of the oil to do its job effectively.
