  1. Bought the zx distributor for my s30, need the zx stand for it. Let me know, shipped to 92570 thanks!
  2. there really is no need to do s13 conversions anymore, as the s30 suspension aftermarket seems to have increased in the last few years thanks to a few companies, jpngarage/bc racing, technotoytuning, arizonazcar, sakuragarage/stance . Sure you may save a few hundred bucks going cheap s13 coilover route, but you better have a little more fabrication skills.
  3. wow thanks for the info, i too have the T3 tie rod ends awating to install onto the car.
  4. Where can someone order those quick steering knuckles? =) i dont see them anywhere
  5. Could be good.. i always thought some more modern rb style flares would look killer on the s30.. granted the car gets a more modern style look to it. I think this rb inspired style looks best when riding low
  6. you buy z32 rear coilovers, and just redrill the strut tower to match the z32 coilover mount. Buying s30 rear coilovers would be pointless since you got Z32 rear suspension knuckles.
  7. A friend showed me the following picture Before learning this, i bought a used set that someone made on ebay good luck.. Save that $350 towards the headlight covers .well worth it =)
  8. I bought z31 rear rotors, 86 maxima rear calipers and k-e adapter brackets for my S30. havent put them on, but i can tell you the rear rotors are a larger diameter than the z31 front rotor/s12w+ caliper setup. I also got 79 280zx master cylinder. Went with stoptech maxima rear brake pads, and Z32 stoptech pads up front. Im hoping that has a good balance.
  9. i need one choke cable clamp that holds the cable to the carb. Let me know, thanks!
  10. Could be tied to the lower radiator support. Should help a bit, sure mounting to the sway bar area would be good, but that would require drilling through frame or fabrication (welding) They could practically go anywhere.. As far as their integrity, I think they are strong enough when push/pull tension is applied to them, the deflection shouldnt be too bad.
  11. Picked up a cusco front strut bar at the japanese classic car show today (wanted to get the rear as well, but they didn't have any). Been having this idea to triangulate it using some cheap ebay c-pillar bar. (leftover rsx bar that i used in my rx7) Thinking of how to tie it to the firewall Square tubing perhaps, bolted to the underside of the lip area (like the top-end performance triangular bar).. or to the hood latch area Seen something similar in a jdm magazine Thoughts and opinions welcomed. Why didn't I go with the top end performance triangular strut bar? Because im considering going with the bc racing coilovers with the 4 bolt camber plate option.. The cusco bar should fit (after drilling 2 holes)
  12. i probably don't really need it.. its just another dream part lol. Sure would be nice though.
  13. I gave arizonazcar a call, and told him i got the t3 tie rod ends, which require drilling the knuckle with a 5/8 bit. He said that would be an issue with his knuckles since there wouldnt be much material left after enlarging the hole like that (hole is angled to match original knuckle's angle). However he says he does have a knuckle with a straight hole that shouldnt be an issue with redrilling, just not sure if the straight- angle will work out with the car.. I may just have to skip on these =( . THey did look pretty trick though.
  14. just some ideas, Kuni_s30z's car is pretty aggressive. Scroll through his blog, i think there was some underhood and under side shots in there http://minkara.carview.co.jp/en/userid/357364/blog/p2/ its a pretty fast functional car
  15. So i was gonna order steering rack bushings, but see there is a difference between 70-73 bushings , and 74-78.. Which ones would be proper for my 260? btw I am currently out of state away from my car so i wont be able to look right away.
  16. thanks, opps i got it backwards, i meant decrease, as in more steering angle . Thanks
  17. Anyone run this combo? I ordered the t3 tie rod ends, and thinking about going with the AZC steering knuckles. Was wondering if their would be any compatibility issues?? I dont suppose there would be any. I was wondering if the azc knuckles also increase the turning radius?
  18. As title says, looking for rear disc brake conversion parts, caliper bracket etc. Let me know, shipped to 92570 or local pickup in socal. Thanks
  19. You will find more rubber options (better priced tires in better compounds) in the 195/50 and 205/50 range rather than all-season passenger tires at 225/50
  20. i see that running 2 large reservoirs seems to be more desirable, but if i run the s30's small res and large res combo, should be ok right?
  21. Here is a pic of 195/50r15 on my 15x9 I think the fit is great. 225/50 would be balloons on 15x8 http://scontent-a.cdninstagram.com/hphotos-xpa1/l/t51.2885-15/10523522_1514658738763664_1760785431_n.jpg
