Check out my post in the exhaust section. Where do you think would be the best place for the bungs on my set-up? I'm not clear on how they hook up there equipment to the sensor.

i thought it needed to be as close to the header as possible?

Pete, I have never done any dyno time but I was thinking if I had bungs welded in my duals then I could have someone else install their wide band to help me tune my N/A 2.4? Is that what they would do if I had my engine dyno tuned? I could get the precision tune without all the cost of the equipment. Or does the shop expect you to have a sensor installed and they hook their equipment to it?

I am running 2" only for my p-30.

My version of twice pipes finally starting be be a reality. Some of the most challenging but fun fabricating I've done. I wish I was initially brave enough to do this in SS but wasn't sure how it would turn out. Can't wait to hear it!!!!!!

i think they are going the wrong way since the last gen. Of course i am partial to my ugly BAJA TURBO. It's one of those cars that's so ugly it's cute. My daughter calls it the fish car??????

I am putting together a twice pipe/dual exhaust system for my p30. My questions relate to hanging my system. How much or should I worry about clearance needed for engine torque movement? I am worried about the pipes coming in contact with anything due to the small amount the engine will move on its mounts. Specifically I am looking at my trans crossmember right now thinking I put the pipe to close. I guess I would like to know how much clearance i should allow anywhere i hang the pipes to assure i don't get any pipes rattling against something. I would like to mount my dual pipes tightly against the rear diff crossmember where the pipe cutouts are but not sure how or how close i should get? I guess if i went fairly solid against the crossmember i would have to put in a flex pipe?

so have you rolled your fenders , and if not, would it help to clear the 245's?. I would think stock spring perch would be getting close too with 245's. Did you think you would get slammed with all these ????????

Sparky, that's why I asked about the clearance, especially on the rear. The rotas will even have less since i believe the 16" is -4 offset. Those tires fill the wheel well so good I'm thinking ZG flares wouldn't look out of place with that tire wheel combo. (without cutting the fender). I wonder if you could sqeeze a 245 on the rear??? Car looks fantastic
