The fans were sold at shucks. They may have been accel fans. The second fan is installed on the condensor as a pusher.

Is it a 225 or 240mm? Considering you know about a potential failure, and it is slightly used, not much I would think.

You need to read up on the cold start system in the efi bible. Mark the wheel in the afm and then trun it clockwise a few teeth in order to lean it out some.

2004? Hummm. Just upgrade clutch and fly to 240mm turbo size. The tranny will be fine on a stocker for some time. Even more if the tranny is in good shape. Blocks are the same.

That taurus fan must be deep. I have one I bought from shucks 8 years ago. I got the adjustable rheostat that was there too. I installed a second fan and put it on a switch to run the ac.

Straight cut gears in the trans have less hp loss but are not as strong as angle cut gears. Are you sure about that?

Sorry, my comment was tongue in cheek. No offense intended. I have seen fires in cars, HAD a fire in one car, heavily bunt wires in one truck and two cars. Because of the butt loads of navy training, my mannerisms don't change a bit when I see a fire. I remembered when my wife had her first stove fire, I casually walked over and mentioned "not bad", she did not think it was that funny. I Will also mention to my dismay, I do not have fire extinguisher, cept water. Another thing, I have cut live wire with Klein's twice, ran a screw through a bungle of wires once, cut through some with a skill saw, etc. BTW, arc fault breakers are the BOMB, except when you want to run a major motor,(or should I say engine...tehe), including your vacuum.
